I went to buy there and just because I didn't have an ID he called my boss. And my boss almost fired me. The lady who is serving there. She always answers reluctantly.

I went to take out 20 bucks tuesday night and the ATM timed out and took my money back and never went back on my card. I went back this morning to check again than I asked the manager Brett so she says about how I can get my money back and she was just completely unprofessional and rude right off the bat! She than pulled her phone out recording me! Neither her or the ATM vendor didn't want to do anything to help so I wound up having to go to my bank! If she really is a manager I don't understand how because she has no place in any kind of customer service spot anywhere!

I bought a fuel cam from them this morning when I got home and put it in my machine it was leaking. I brought it straight back over gone 15 minutes and showed a guy the video. He said he cannot change it and he said. I must have broke it, that was the manager Disgusting service, you should be ashamed of yourself

This Speedway is the worst gas station convenience store in all of Suffolk County New York there for gas this past Saturday with my husband and the girl behind the counter did not know what 93 was it took almost 10 minutes for me to get my correct gas besides her having an attitude and she was not comprehending basic information this is a gas station not NASA it should not have been that difficult she looked as though she was medicated maybe that's why she didn't understand what I was saying possibly due to some form of intoxication bad for business Speedway guess you're hire anybody straight off the streets this day and age as for me and my family that Speedway has lost a loyal customer. Again I've been going too this location for years and there has been so many different employees but this girl takes the cake I don't even work at a gas station and I know what premium is just beware any and all who are going there for their gas this girl lacks basic common sense plan on being there for at least 10 to 15 minutes if you want some gas customer service was horrible

Must hold handle to fuel gas or diesel. My truck can take over $100 on fuel. This is a brand thing bc other stations you dont have to stand there holding it.

Today, right now, the time is 6:01 pm, I have been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for the clerk to come out of the bathroom for the second time. She came out once, and went back into the bathroom with her phone, six people have come and gone waiting to go inside. This is unacceptable.
