Good in person, terrible over the phone. Poor communication and I can say I'll definitely not be going back and will not be recommending to others. It's a shame because the work is mostly fine but the business can't handle fixing one wrong that they made. I chased and got no result. Just be sure if you go here to correct a wrong immediately and don't let it get away from you because phone communication is poor.Reply to owner:I'm not reviewing the incorrect business. I've already chased and it yielded no results so I'll abstain. A review shouldn't warrant a quicker response than phone communication.

Had my windows tinted here last year, work was good and quickly done and I had more work a friend wanted on her truck. Went for a consult but owner never got back to us after several messages were left about getting the work done. It's a shame the business we could have got Sean and the company.

It's been around 3 weeks since I had my tints done and they still look amazing! At first I wasn't sure what level of tints I wanted so I emailed Sean asking if I could come in to view in-person. He was very quick to respond and was amazingly informative. He was super insightful and helpful in helping me choose a tint I was happy with. I would recommend all my friends and family to come here.

My experience with Platinum was great. It was easy to set up an appointment and it was nice to watch a movie in the cozy lobby while I waited. Sean was fantastic and did an outstanding job. My car looks incredible and I’m very happy with the tint.
