Lots of space and equipment. I suggest going very early in the morning if you're able to since it can get very packed and there's a chance you may need to wait for some of the machines/equipment.

My overall experience at PF Medford NY has been and is a very positive one.
This is a really great environment, I feels comfortable and safe.
The floor manager is very respectful and easy to talk too, she's always ready to assist in any way possible to make the member or members comfortable. 100% Great Place To Be.

As a gym newbie, I can honestly say I feel super comfortable coming here. The staff is always friendly, the machines are well maintained, and both the gym and locker room are always clean. I am here 3 nights a week and have never had an issue.

Manager needs to tone down the enthusiasm 3 notches around 1am - 5am in the morning..
