“I went into the medford store today and was greeted by christian..store manager. I was looking to upgrade an older phone and he was so helpful. Gave me options and knowledge about the newer phones. He was beyond patient and helpful. I asked so many questions and got all my answers. I purchased a new phone and he set everything up for me. The best experience ever. My husband is going back to this location tomorrow to get a new phone. Five stars. Best customer service. Thanks”

Chris M was incredibly sweet and kind, going out of his way to ensure she received all the help she needed. He even took the time to connect her phone to her car’s Bluetooth, which was a huge help. His attentiveness and respectfulness were evident throughout the entire process.
Chris also walked her to the door and carried her bag to the car, which was especially thoughtful given her difficulty walking without her cane. His kindness and professionalism made a significant impact, and we are truly grateful for his outstanding service.”

“Honestly I wish I could give this store 10 stars out of 5! I had been having issues with the "call" function on my phone. Previously I had spent 2 hours in online chat with Cricket Customer Service; after their attempts didn't work, the online folks told me to visit a Cricket store in person. The first Cricket store I went to was not helpful so I came here, and it was like night & day! Tanya was incredibly kind and helpful. She listened to what was going wrong. She tested some functions herself, swapping SIM cards in different phones. She called Cricket's deeper tech support system herself on the store phone, and worked with me and the tech guy to test and troubleshoot further. This took more than an hour and she never lost patience. They eventually figured out it was a bug in the phone itself (some Samsungs just seem to lack a key update capability), and this allowed me to send the phone back while it was still eligible for return. I am so grateful for their help - and their kindness. Thank you!!!”
“Family and I spoke with Tanzeel about switching over to Verizon after our service from a previous carrier was not so good. Needless to say, he helped making the process as seamless as possible. Tanzeel was very meticulous about the important details from plans, coverages, and costs. He knows his stuff! Extremely knowledgeable and will take care of you and your needs. The entire store staff is great, with people holding the doors for you as you walk in, which is very welcoming.”

“I cannot rave enough about this location. I had an emergency last week in which I had dropped my phone on a hard floor and it had completely shattered (not usable at all- black screen not even turning on). With 5 minutes left until closing, Harry welcomed me into his location and helped me get a new phone into my hands within minutes. We all know that getting a new phone can be the same as buying a car. It usually takes hours on end. I had my two young kids waiting in the car after a long day of school and baseball and he made this transition seamless and quick. You have gained a customer in me for sure. 10 stars from me! Thank you again!”

Even if he is an "android guy" :) He is great. Great location and great personal service! I do have do say one minor bad thing that has NOTHING to do with Charlie and the people in the store or their service. When you try to call the store directly via their 821-5800 phone number, it automatically kicks you over to a call center somewhere else in the world. These people are no help. It is difficult to call the store directly. That's not Charlies fault or the people who work there!HIGHLY RECOMEND GOING THERE!!!!!”
