Could not get Gama bucket lids. Had to settle for one, not as good. Only one style of bucket opener could not get the one I wanted.

Nice store, good location
RUDE and useless staff
They ALL have attitudes when you ask simple questions
Avoid this location unless you enjoy being talked down to or yelled at. Go to Home Depot in Bellport instead! Staff there actually appreciate customers and are willing to help.

Having my kitchen redone, long story short , it has turned into a nightmare. Started in Feb, the individual people working in each department are lovely, seem competent, professional. That being said, the order for cabinets were put in, the contractor ripped my old kitchen out, started putting in new cabinets realized wrong sizes and wrong color. A side issue I was dealing with was their point program, after spending 20k, they would not give me points due and that dept said ' just wait, see what happens '. Back to cabinets, reordered with them, figured better the devil I know.. Apparently the first person that took the order quit, so now dealing with another person. Remeasured, spent hours going over each screw and piece of cabinet, placed reorder. Supposed to get it June sometime. That's just the cabinet story. There is a stove story, a kitchen sink story, unexpected expenses at least a 100 phone calls not answered. As I said, the individual people I am dealing with are kind, professional, sympathetic. Lowes just gives their people all the responsibility, no authority and the " corporate coordinators" that called every other day had NO CLUE as to what the whole picture was. I was giving THEM the rundown. The higher ups are lucky they have the employees they do, personally I wouldn't give a nickel for anyone higher than at the store level. July 5
Here is an update since I last wrote. The correct cabinets have been installed but they need to be finished, no word about when since the installers left a week ago.
I kept getting emails from Lowes to " pick up my microwave it's ready!". I called Lowe's Everytime to tell them it is being installed by THEIR installer, he will pick it up with necessary equipment when cabinets in so he can install it". So they said, ok, we'll stop the emails. This went on for weeks , (the installer said don't pick it up, he does when it's time to install).
I received a courtesy call from him 2 days ago- (I told him cabinets are in enough that he could finally install). He said he was at Lowe's but that the microwave is not there because THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER BECAUSE I NEVER PICKED IT UP!). Sigh. So, I don't even bother calling, they do not pick up. Went there, bought it again, stuffed it in my car, and it will be installed in few days.
I will continue to edit this review until my kitchen is finished. Hopefully by October. Remember, this was started in March.
One last thing, the day after I got the notice I received the usual phone call from corporate asking me how did the microwave installation go , am I pleased, etc. As usual I had to explain to them the actual status because they are clueless. They call themselves coordinators , the irony slays me.

Made me wait at paint for 20 mins nobody helped me co workers at looked at me for a good 10 mins before I went over to ask for help just to be told they don’t have sherwin willams infinity in eggshell at there location but they carry it at bayshore how does that make sense that one Lowe’s carry’s a finish in paint and another doesn’t

Website doesn't give you inventory, I have an account and no information on product inventory I am looking for. So I call. No one picks up phone. So busy trying to be advanced with technology, that you forget the human side of business. The phone has been calling and obviously being transfered around for the last 10 minutes. I will be emailing corporate with a screenshot of how long I've been waiting.

This store has NOT been applying the 5% discount.
Took them 3 mins to answer the phone. I was put on hold for 13.5 mins. I had to explain to the TOP store manger how his own system works. He made two incorrect statements. He was polite and courteous on the phone.

All employees are super kind and helpful. We were asked if we needed help at least 5 times. We found everything we needed for our garden and even the perfect standing freezer. So happy!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!
This is the second blackstone griddle I had to purchase because the first time i ordered it, it didn’t work properly.
I pick up the relacement today along with a jar of seasoning. The employee tells me someone will bring it out. I ask about the seasoning and that I can grab it. He rudely states “like I said I’ll have someone bring it out. I’m waiting for the griddle for 15 minutes outside (Had Lowe’s “assemble” it for me). As It was brought out, it looked like it was thrown around. The guy bringing it out said it could be wiped off. I thought nothing of it. I get it home and as I open it I notice the adhesive sticker that goes over the cast iron was ripped. As I’m removing it, I notice there is tape underneath the sticker. I get it off and notice two parallel slice marks in the cast iron. I call Lowe’s…sit on the phone for ten minutes just for someone to pick up and hang up. Call back, 10 minutes..pick up and hang up. Call back a third time phone rings for 15 minutes and finally I give up. I will be returning this to the store tomorrow and going to buy the 4 burner for $30 more at ShopRite and assemble it myself.
While I was on hold I looked at the reviews here and noticed there is a A LOT of poor reviews all based around the customer service. The owner of this location seems pretty prompt in replying, however you need to do a audit…because your staff sucks for a lack of a better word.
