Horrible staff, the nurse keep poking my daughters arm to find blood, blaming the patient for not drinking water. My daughter drink plants of water but she was rude so my daughter got really nervous. The actitude of the nurse was beyond unprofessional. I won’t recommend this place at all.

Had some blood taken today at LabCorp on N. Ocean Ave. in Patchogue. This is my second visit and it was as simple and easy as the first time last year. Jakelyn greeted me kindly and was very gentle. They use small, children's needles, so there really is "just a small pinch" when inserted. Don't be afraid; it is quick!

Absolutely worst lab terrible first impression when you get there the entrance door is all rusty. The lady at the front desk is nasty. I told her I didn't think I needed one of the blood test because I don't think my insurance would cover it. And She said she couldn't just cross things off but then she wound up not taking the blood for that test and not even letting me know .... the other girl that works there is really weird too. I'm pregnant and she kept telling me how she wants to get pregnant but thinks she can't because she got the corona vaccine.... I've had the vaccine, so it's not that ... I don't know it just made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would never go to this location ever again. Gave me the creeps and the girl missed my vein the first time meanwhile I had gotten blood work the day before at another place, and I even sharpie my arm to let them know where I wanted to go for the blood because I'm a difficult stick but they would not go in the spot I want them to go its it's my body after all! The quest in Medford just off the Lie is so much better with true professionals

I went to do preemployment drug screen arrived at 1:59 pm. I sat in the office until 2:11 with nobody at the front desk. Another patient recommended I do the self check in. At that point, I check myself in and sat and waited until 225 pm when Myrna arrived at the window. She said I'm done doing drug screens for the day you have to come back tomorrow. And I said well I've been here since before 2 o'clock she checked the computer and said no, you checked in at 2:11. I said well there was nobody here and I was waiting for a while and the patient's recommended self check in. She said well I've been here all day by myself and I'm not seeing anymore patients for the day. I said listen I'm an RN. I know how it is. Im busy all the time too. But please I need this drug screen by Friday for my new job. She said well i don't know what to tell you I'm done goodbye. I said please i do 12 hour shifts and I work the rest of the week. I will have to call out of work to come back. She said either find a new location or come back tomorrow. She said Ive been by myself all day in the office with no help. I said well the website states come 30 minutes before closing and thats misleading also I was here by 2pm. She said if you want call the supervisor and complain here is her # 516-246-1587 or find a new location. She was very rude, she apparently is burnt out which I also get as an RN however i don't take my anger and frustrations out on patients. I have compassion l which she clearly lacks. And seriously unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have gone to LabCorp for bloodwork in the past and the woman doing it was lovely and very accommodating. I am prone to passing out when I get blood work done and prefer to lay down rather than sit up. Today I went in for blood work and besides the fact that the woman was very unenthusiastic when she was doing my paperwork, when I asked to lay down for my appointment she said in a nasty tone “it’s only two tubes (of blood)”. After I insisted lying down again, she sighed and said “ok go to room 3”. Usually they ask which arm I prefer to have the blood taken from. This time the lady didn’t let me choose and made me do my dominant arm. I also like to listen to music through my headphones during my appointment. She tried to say something so I took one out and right as my music stopped she jabbed me with the needle. Then to top off the whole experience, she didn’t wrap me how they normally do there. Just some gauze and a piece of tape that keeps falling off. As a medical professional, you should be a little more accommodating to your patients. Especially a simple request like laying down.

Fem is a wonderful phlebotomist. Having a needle phobia and hard to stick veins makes blood tests difficult for me and usually for whoever is drawing my blood. Fem has always been able to make me feel comfortable and gets it right on the first try.

Fem is the best phlebotomist, she’s very sweet and efficient. Both of the two girls working in here are very good. I’ll give them 10/10, their service is in and out and you feel very comfortable with this office because of them.

I really love the two technicians here in Medford they really welcoming and I just love going back there to do my bloodwork and they’re very helpful when I do need an assistance checking in on the kiosk. The young girl that took my blood is ver gentle and efficient love her. I hope all Labcorp staffs are like them they’re very patient with the patients that needs help.

Made an appointment and also a reschedule online with ease. Zero wait time and very quick blood draw. I brought a book with me to read in the waiting room and didn’t even get a chance to crack it open lol.

I'm usually pleased with LabCorp, but my last two visits have been exceptional. I was assisted by a very lovely, friendly, polite young phlebotomist. Both times, she was handling the entire office ALONE! This means the front desk AND drawing of blood and sample collection. She was keeping everything flowing in a timely manner, the phones in the front and sample taking in the back and doing it with the friendliest, most positive manner possible. She deserves a lot of credit for her job and personal skills! I hope her supervisor sees this review and looks my name up to see who assisted me and that they reward her amply. She is an absolute gem!
