I brought my Rogue to this shop and I cannot express enough gratitude of the professionalism of the staff. The owner and his staff did a perfect job restoring my vehicle - they are the real deal - they care deeply about their customer and such it reflects in the work they do. Make this shop your first pit stop if anything happens to your vehicle - go anywhere else and you will get less than stellar work.

I took my car there because i hit a piece of wood and my bumper was messed up anthony and steve helped me through the insurance claim process helped me with rental needs and even bought my uber to pick up the rental they went above and beyond and steve would call me with updates regularly. You can rest easy knowing they will get the job done well.

Can’t say enough about how amazing this shop is. My daughter’s truck needed to b painted and the manager and staff are so great they painted the truck matched the paint and I had the truck back in 3 days beyond fair with their prices and customer service is wonderful I’m telling everyone about how great this shop is thank you all again

I had a major accident and calling Genuine Collision was the best thing that happened to me on that day. Stephen helped me over the phone, told me exactly what I needed to do, and called me back within minutes with further assistance. Once the car was at the shop, Stephen, the manager, and Eli all made me feel like I was in very good hands. Along with the excellent work they do, they offer lots of reassurance and assistance throughout the entire repair process. I highly recommend them - they are behind their customers all the way. awful scum of the earth people over here. they like to damage customers cars and rob their insurance companies blind. avoid has some kind of connection to the dealership across the street. Avoid this facility botched repair quality level is what you can expect here.
