Stopped in to purchase a part today 07/20/2024.
I will admit it was minutes before closing however I was greated by an individual from behind the counter.
He was very unprofessional and boldly said to me it's minutes before closing and he's not about to look up my account to see what I needed from a previous purchase.
He said I needed to get him an exact part number otherwise he can't help me!!!!
Keep in mind I was there months ago and another gentleman was able to assist me with no issues on purchasing the same exact part I needed!
He obviously was in a rush to get out of there!
Someone needs to give this guy a lesson or 2 if he's going to continue to serve the public with that type of attitude!!!
Did not even make an effort to assist me.
He was very rude.
Did not get his name because I was surprised by this guy's behavior and just wanted to get out of there!!!
Tells me to go home take the old part out and bring it down to match it up.

I own a towing company and we have to keep our down time minimal.
I hope this review reaches whom it may concern and they address this issue because it's a poor representation of their establishment!!!!

I stopped in for a small v belt that i didnt expect to find here. The lady at the counter was so pleasant and helpful. She tried her best and even went online to find it elsewhere. Offered to give me the phone number too. Great customer service. I'm very appreciative.

Cheap parts and u professional staff. Bought two airsprings from the medford store, went home to install them. The first one installed fine while torqueing the second one the stud snapped off. Torqueing with 38 torque wrench to the mufacturer specs. I called the store immediately and I was told to bring the part in he have one to replace it. I was going to get there after store hours so he said I could purchase the other airbag and they would leave it outside and I could come back with the broken one when the store open.now I went back and they want to give me all these excuses. That will be my last purchase with this company. Rather spend my 2 cents at a junk yard than deal with people like this

It was great when it was Truck parts. Now that it's fleet pride the core guys just don't care anymore. Been dealing with them for almost 20 years and can definitely see the change
