The arrangement was actually delivered on the correct day. But no one knew anything about that order. The store was closed. It was one stop away for 2+ hours???

10/10 customer service sweet lady was able to redeem my birthday coupon after going to two edible arrangement stores , the one in smithtown horrible lazy workers but would 10/10 recommended this medford location !!

Wonderful boss, Wonderful staff, also the driver is wonderful. Also the fruit is always fresh. By far best edible arrangements in long Island itself. Fun fact they have a certificate of being top 3 best stores. 100% recommended
