The entire CVS chain is a total joke . Whether it’s lack of stock. Non-existent employees. Self service registers that constantly miss unction. And of course, last, but not least the ridiculous prices. CVS charges on absolutely everything in the store.
I’ve just come from three different CVS stores, all I was looking for it was a lousy gallon of milk. Not a single store in my area even had a quart of milk let alone a gallon.. seems like every single CVS I go into lately. The shelves are pretty much bare and what they do have has been sitting on the shelves for months or is so damn expensive. No one can afford it.

I should give them zero stars. Very unprofessional. pharmacist was just rude. CVS please make sure your staff knows how to speak to customers especially when they are sick and not feeling well. There needs to be some type of retraining of the staff there. I've been here so many times and I've never been treated like this. I will be contacting corporate and I will be making a complaint. This should not be a reflection of cvs.

Went in to buy some gift cards, the cashier Lorenzo came from behind the counter to help me out. He was super helpful and very nice!!! Great service today!!

This store was the best. They helped my family get my son's prescription for cheap compared to the cost it would have been. I can't thank them enough!

Came to purchase gift card the cashier told me she was leaving the building and would be gone 5 minutes. I said I want to purchase this can I do it at self check out she said no and continued to walk out of the building. There is no customer service anymore. Sad

I have covid. I went to pick up my script.
The pharmacist was so nasty! Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription, after I told her don't talk to me like I'm your husband. Then told me if I did not leave the drive thru she was calling the police.
What is actually happening at this cvs!?
Calling the cops and refusing to fill someone's prescription because your little fragile ego got hurt?
The pharmacist needs to put her fragile little ego on the shelf, take care of customers, fill the prescriptions, and move forward!

i been coming here for years and i haven't had a bad experience with this pharmacy. they're on top of their prescriptions and have them done fast in my experience. great friendly staff.

Absolutely worst customer service ever associate Keith was extremely rude and the manager zen was just as rude, I needed my medications because I needed to start my antibiotic as soon as possible and medication for the extreme pain I’m in, but since they couldn’t call insurance for me they closed the gate in my face while on the phone with insurance. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service. I’m actually appalled from how I was spoken too and after today will NEVER be back.

I recently switched to this cvs after riteaid closed down..I wish I went here sooner,everyone in pharmacy and on the floor are very professional and friendly,especially Melissa I believe she's the manager she is very helpful and a sweet person.

I HATE NOT having a choice between a cashier and self checkout. I requested to be rung up at the register and was told sorry we are not allowed to ring you up their BUT I can assist you at the self checkout. I like the privacy of the register and prefer to do self checkout on my terms; when convenient for me NOT the workers at CVS. I am seriously considering switching to Walgreens where they still actual do their jobs as a cashier. This is the third time I have sent this type of response.

The employees @the CVS in Medford, New York are absolutely courteous, nice & professional! They service you w/a smile & a great customer service attitude! The only thing I didn’t like, was how a supervisor name Melissa, was talking down to the employees. That made me feel a little uncomfortable being there, witnessing that type of behavior from a supervisor. Courtesy & respect is a character quality that should be demonstrated by a team leader. Sad to say, I was a disappointed by her behavior, towards her employees. Having a supervisor position should not exempt you from having common courtesies.
