This place was nothing short of an absolute nightmare the management and older employees will make sure to belittle you if you do so much as breathe too loud, total joke of an occupation.I actually heard that this company is being purchased and i just wanted to say to the owner, hr, and management…. That I appreciate the purchasing company for giving me a almost 3x return on my shares and i hope you have a ton of fun cleaning house of all the upper management and hr, be sure to update your resume?

This company is atrocious. The night production supervisor favors the young girls and only promotes them. One of his leads constantly talks down to and belittles people. They have people train who have been there less then a month then slam people when the don't know the processes. The Spanish speaking employees will make fun of you behind your back if you don't speak thier language. The company also baits it's employees by making promises of time off and raises that it doesn't keep. Unless you want to be overworked for little money and deal with childish drama on a daily basis stay far away from this company

Don’t even try,they have to fire the production manager BriGida tena.She yells at the employees ands runs her shift with no interest at listen the employees.Paul have to go too,he yells all the time he is a maniac.

Management was horrible, as soon as the new manager came into production people started quitting left and right. She made it her mission to fire people to show some sort of \\\"backbone\\\" and in doing so they literally barely have staff to run processes. This new manager even fired a lead because the lead told HR and the head about putting in their two week notice but didn't tell her, which displays she makes decisions based on emotions and not the good of the company. Everything was great before they sent a supervisor from production over to assembly, when that change happened, the head of the company didn't care when employees voiced their opinions on the matter. The head of the company shows he doesn't care, the manager will do whatever they want, and HR says it's okay to talk to them about issues you may have but will ultimately do nothing about it so it's worse than a guidance counselor in high school. The employee's were great but unfortunately the company is going downhill FAST, stay away from this place trust me you can find better opportunities.

the company i call no one responding and for 5 time i call secretory say she does not know any thing about the assays they have and usually 48 hours it take for any body to respond or more not bad for new company

Stay away. There is a lot of drama and gossip here. Unless you want to feel like your in highschool. Managers barely speak to you in English and if you don’t understand Spanish then your out of luck. Workers are eh.. seems like they get the employees from the local welfare office. Questionable place. It doesn’t seem like many of the people are here legally. Rough place to work. I’m glad I left a long time ago.

I was put here by job placement agency.i was let go after 3 days which I was still in training . I only just started the one job and was getting yelled at by manager that people do 2 lines when i had trouble doing 1 when it was my first night learning it. I Also have a injured ankle which i asked the manager Rosa in assembly to bring a chair around to observe the lines which manager Rosa said if i did that she would send me home so i had to walk around hurt or she would send me home.another day when job at line ended i was given grief because i wasn't up on my feet doing something but at same time was asking my trainer for work to do while sitting.not accommidating to people with disabilities at all.

This place is very segregated and fall way short of the training of its employees, and if you don’t speak Spanish you’re FIRED.....
