I came on Tuesday to withdraw money I was in a car accident & had gotten a settlement check I asked to withdraw and the teller who was helping me kept asking me if I lived in Bayshore why would I come all the way here to withdraw I work 5 minutes away from the job. Just asking me a lot of unnecessary questions. She’s like “ oh I cannot give you this money “ I asked why she didn’t say anything brought over her manager over and the same thing oh we cannot help you it doesn’t let us I ask why , what’s happening so I can call chase customer service right now and ask. She said I don’t know I can’t help you. I called customer chase via phone call they were unsure why she couldn’t help me because everything looked good on their side they even called the branch several times but they were too lazy to pickup the phone.
If you are going to have a nasty attitude & be lazy to do your own job then you shouldn’t be working there. It was very very frustrating that all I got is I don’t know , I don’t know as an answer. I will be taking this up with headquarters.

No one answers the phone after lunch. Don’t expect anyone to call you back either because they don’t. Been attempting to get assistance for a month and no matter how many times I call, seems like nothing gets done by the Medford branch, until I call to inquire about the status of my request. A few days go by and no one calls to inform me I need additional information. Furnish it, no call back. Just keep hitting snag after snag with no support from this branch. If I hadn’t started the process with them, I’d have gone to a different branch. So thoroughly disappointed.

I opened an account here about 5 years ago. Last week I deposited a check from a family member. Although the money was taken out of my family members account, the check was placed on “hold” for 7 days. That’s a long time and never happened to me before. I called to have the bank look into it and let me know what’s going, the banker basically refused to look into my account and just told me when a check is on hold nothing can be done. She didn’t want to put a supervisor on the phone either. I couldn’t get to the bank because I myself was at work. What poor customer service. Once my money is cleared I’m looking into switching banks.

I wish I could give zero stars Chase does not even deserve 1 star, my card is expired i called them 5 weeks ago to get a replacement, the usual is going to take 3-5 business days here we are 1 month later i still don't have my card, called them back oh we going to send you a new one if you want it in 2 business days you have to pay 5.99 i paid them here we are 1 week later i still don't have my card and my old one they close so i can't even take my own money out because they are closed today, so thanks Chase for stilling my money and locking me out of my own money. Customer service could not be any worse do yourself a favor use a different Bank.

The worst experience. Don’t make an appointment because it means nothing and you’ll be told to wait for upwards of an hour to the point where I left. I’ll take my business to a different bank
