The Brown’s family doesn’t disappoint! Jonathan and his team are always first class. This is our 3rd truck we have purchased from this location and 10th overall from the Brown’s Dealership. We got exactly what we were looking for and Angelo our sales associate was professional and helpful throughout the entire buying process. We highly recommend going there and making your car buying experience simple and easy.

Excellent customer service. My husband and I have purchased vehicles at several dealerships over the years throughout the city and Long Island and over time the customer service goes downhill so we started searching for a new dealership that we felt appreciated our patronage. And through a coworkers recommendation of Marisa, a sales associate, we took a drive to Patchogue. There are 2 locations. One is for their used vehicles and the other for the new vehicles. This review is solely for the new vehicle lot. Marisa was a gem. She never rushed us or made us feel like she needed to hurry us along to get to the next sale. She sat with us for hours to decide exactly what we wanted and helped us go through every detail of ordering what we wanted that wasn't present on the lot. You always dread the finance guy. Going into an office to sit for hours and debate what's fair but Rich was amazing. He really cares about the people that be does business with. He's like that uncle that everyone flocks to at the family bbq's. They don't make em like him anymore and you'll never find that level of customer service in the city anymore so I highly recommend taking the drive to Brown's if you're looking to buy a new car.

I will NEVER step foot in this business ever again. Richie and Scott are the biggest liars and frauds you will ever meet and they will just tell you what you want to hear. I guess the stereotypical car salesmen. My friends and family have seen the same and will never step foot in this place EVER again. Richie has a good habit of “yes’ing” you to death so you just go away. Do yourself a favor, SmithHaven Jeep and Eagle Jeep in Riverhead are far better and far more professional

Came into purchase a vehicle. After agreement was told of additional fees that were not explained as dealer fees, would not negotiate a cent off of the national rebates and lied to me about how certain additions to the vehicle were at cost meanwhile every other dealership I spoke to charges dramatically less. Would have purchased a vehicle but for the deception and after agreement limitations and fees that were never explained. I will go to a dealership that is upfront and honest about the process and not change it after the fact.

Second time we had a poor experience with this dealership. Unfortunately a trend at this point... Car was brought in for a new starter and window regulator. Starter repaired in days. Donna called and told us window regulator was on back order. No word for over a week with multiple calls not answered. This went on for THREE weeks. When you call in to service you are put on hold and sent to other departments. We had to Facebook message to any type of communication if you can even call it that. We ended up picking up the car with the window not repaired. We gave our business to another repair facility. We will NEVER come back here and make sure to tell everyone we know how horrible the service is. If I could give zero stars I would. We both drive Jeeps and only purchase them , we will never do business here again. Horrible horrible experience. Avoid this dealership. ***Edit.. received a call from the dealership. They told us above is not how the situation went. No mention as to why we have new keys. No accountability.

Had a great experience here while shopping for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Saw Mike Haahn and his GM, they were professional and to the point. No one could come near the deal they gave us. We were very satisfied with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend visiting them if you're in the market!

Just Leased a New Ram Bighorn, My Salesman Charlie Kennedy was Straight forward, I knew what I needed and he worked with me to get a deal I could live with. He was very assable during the whole process. Throughout the deal and at the end we had Mr. Richard Liquori The Financial Director, A more pleasant person would be hard to find, he made us feel like we joined his family, I plan on many more leases over the coming years.

First off I wanna start off by saying I bought my Jeep here last year and the process was a nightmare. The one girl forged my signature. They nickel and dime you. Fast forward a year my husband got all brand new tires from them a month later two are flat. Not there fault they said there's a warranty. Came in no warranty ok fine. We dropped his car off at 9am they said it's a easy fix it will be done in a hour fast forward 9 hours later still not done. We called and they said it's pulling out now. We get here and it didn't even go in for service yet. This place lies and is beyond slow save your money and go somewhere else

Nick Sinacore, is best the Service Advisor on planet Earth! And Browns is a great dealership! This is why: I bought a used 2013 Caravan from Brows in August 2019. It was in great shape with 47K miles on it. They gave me a very fair price and a great trade in simply because I was trading in a Dodge product. They gave me the hard sell on a private warranty, but I did not bite because, although it was through a reputable company, it was not a MOPAR warranty and as such not for me. In the next six (6) Months I used the Van as intended; for commute to work, as well road trips with my dog up and down the east coast. Up to Buffalo to see my son in collage, out to western Pennsylvania too see my brother, down to Florida to see my Dad. In the course of that time I put 20K miles on it. However, on the last trip to Florida the van developed a very rough idle. Initially I thought it was the deregulated ethanol in Florida. By the time I returned to New York, several fill-ups later, the Check Engine Light was lit (Cylinder #3 Misfire) I took it to my local mechanic that I had used issue free for years. He replaced the Coil-cap, Spark Plug and injector; did not fix the problem. The Local Guys diagnosis is that the Valve Seat in the Cylinder Head had deformed. His suggestion was replacing both heads with updated/better versions; a 4,500 repair. I was reluctant to call Browns because I figured that they would take advantage because I refused, the warranty. Nothing could be further from the truth. That's when I met Nick Sinacore, the Service Advisor. When I first called Brown's, they put me on with Nick. He was very attentive and patient to my questions and gave me great advice to research the issue. Over the next week I researched and would call him back to ask question. He would take time to explain or call me back expeditiously if he was busy at the time. I brought my Van in, Nick made sure I had a brand-new Jeep for a courtesy vehicle for no charge. Nick Performed the compression test, and made a diagnosis. It wound up being a much less involved and cheaper to fix issue. Nick explained exactly what would bee done, and assured me that he was confident that his diagnosis was correct. He called me twice a day with status updates and the repair only took two days to complete. ALL THIS DURING A PANDEMIC! I dropped the courtesy vehicle off; Nick gave me a box of the broken parts so I could see exactly what was replaced. Browns charged me a fair price despite it was without the warranty. I was on my way with a clean, repaired Van. Thank You Nick Sinacore and the Brown's team!!!!
