I have used this source before and felt compelled to comment on the inventory and customer service. This time I was looking for a water hammer arrester. I was presented with three options and after seeing the items and discussing features with the counterman, I was able to make an informed decision. It worked like a charm. This supplier goes the extra mile in rendering customer service and maintains the inventory to support it. I highly recommend using Ferguson Plumbing Supply.

We're redoing our kitchen and went to look at faucets. We were there about 15 minutes when an employee came up to "help" us. She was just plain rude and condescending, acted as if we were bothering her. There wasn't another customer in the store! We left immediately because of the treatment we received and will purchase somewhere else.

Second time here met with Debbie she was very pleasant nice friendly helpful experienced knowledgeable easy to talk to about my vision she spent time with me I didn't feel rushed while picking out all new faucets for my remodel project of my bathroom Thanks Joe the manager and Melissa general manager for setting me up with Debbie Feliciano and making sure everything went smoothly for me second time around and thanks Debbie your awesome keep up the good work was very nice to meet with you.

I'm a homeowner and a bit of a DIY guy. I wanted help planning a heat and water system. My friend is going to help me install. This place helped so much. They helped me review what all the different units, costs, savings and how efficient they would be. We talked both electric and oil options. I am totally going to come back and pick up the unit when we are ready.
