I run a business I put checks every single day and this blonde lady tells me that the check dosnt match my profile just cause it dosnt have the “inc” on the back like wgatttt really. I swear worst bank and + I woke with -12k and said oh it’s our mistake the fund will be on 2 weeks from now

Terrible experience here when to open a new account someone came out like he just woke up said i can't because it wasn't enough people working........when to TD bank 10 minutes later had my new account.....teribble!!!

Bank of America auto phone system for credit cards is horrendous-they refuse to connect you to live agent-they hang up on you-I had to ask for dispute dept. to get live person-then be transferred to person in customer service area-after a few minutes they hung up on me-This is worst service I have ever had-they treat customers like dirt-They force you to wait on hold for upwards of an hour-Unlike other banks-they don't offer to call you back-they truly stink! Select another bank-they are not able to helpNo stars customers

I was in the bank on Monday and Luzdary and Daneen the manager were so helpful and kind. Erek greeted me as I came in an could not do enough for me. I told him that his staff is always very welcoming and ready to help me.

After having a horrible experience at another "Bank of America" location, I must say that I was delighted with the service Madeline offered. She had a fabulous personality and joked around ( something the world needs more of.) She reminded me of me but not as funny ( kidding. ) The representative in the " other" location had no customer service skills but Madeline was a joy to work with. I highly recommend stopping by this location for all of your banking needs.

Worst bank ever!! AVOID! I went to get some documents notarized and omg the ATTITUDE OF THE NOTARY! no smile, zero customer service! And refused to sign my documents because I am not a Bank of America customer. She said she would sign if she can at least find my details in their system and I said I can provide my driver’s license for proof. She still refused. No smile and such a big attitude! Thank you Bank of America showing non-customers what it is like to bank with you guys! Me or my family will never step foot in your stupid bank. We’re good with chase and other banks that provide stellar customer service. However, the young person at the front desk was very welcoming! The Notary lady with attitude can probably learn customer service from the front desk young staff lol. Avoid this bank!!
