I went to two different BOA bank. Both were under staffed. The manager was the only teller handling the customers and the other worker was with a customer in one of the cubicles. Nice fancy bank on the outside.

I was in the bank on Monday and Luzdary and Daneen the manager were so helpful and kind. Erek greeted me as I came in an could not do enough for me. I told him that his staff is always very welcoming and ready to help me.
