“Everyone knows when they have to have a repair done on a vehicle it is no fun . Who has time in there busy lives to drop off a car , make all the calls , get a rental , and then pick it all up ? Not in New York ! I have to say in a grim situation caliber collision was amazing . The staff greet you immediately and get to work professionally and timely . They communicate with you every step of the way ( and not in an annoying way) , they send texts and call when necessary.They also set you up in a rental and have all your questions answered immediately. The rental company was also friendly and professional. Not only did they do an excellent repair with great professionalism and communication , the woman whom works the front desk Meagan was kind , professional and went out of her way to meet my needs . She went above and beyond to ensure my car pick up and drop off met my schedule . Thank you caliber collision . If I ever need a repair done again I know who I am calling .”

“I have used Luke’s auto customs twice, once in 2018 for my Nissan Sentra, and now for my Nissan rogue. On both occasions, Luke went above and beyond and fixed things that had nothing to do with the accident damages. He is diligent, pays attention to the most minor details, and is a master of his craft. Both vehicles came out looking better than how they looked going in. They even take care of the interior and have that looking spotless and brand new. The work is completed in a timely manner and updates are provided throughout the process. If you stop in, they will even show you your vehicle in progress. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They all go above and beyond. They even complete the work for the cost that the insurance will pay, without the need for the deductible payment. They work closely with the insurance company so you don’t have to worry about any of the insurance paperwork. If a rental is needed, they work closely with enterprise right around the corner. “Royal was my third stop in the morning in an attempt to get my Jeep inspected. It was around 8am and they happily took my truck in. Obviously not complex but I was extremely appreciative. Icing on the cake, when getting ready to pay I wanted to tip the individual who inspected my truck. No cash on me- owner (Brian?) directed me to a bank where I could take out cash. Didn't ask me to pay for inspection, said just pay when I get back. Very cool gesture (and no, he didn't do it because he was concerned about credit card fees). Would return back if need be. Thanks again guys...”
