I had a very rude interaction with the manager. The store has a poor selection in comparison to other locations. This 7/11 is in a prime location please treat your customers better.

Absolutely love 7-Eleven coffee. I live in Camden SC and I basically get coffee from here twice a day when I travel to Medford to visit my aunt. I was here for a week last year and again just now in August of 2024. LOVE stopping here, staff is friendly and coffee is WOW really great. I did buy a salted pretzel when I was leaving, two days ago and well it was hard and dry. I ATE IT THOUGH because I love them and don't waste food. But yes I was a little disappointed in the pretzel. Otherwise I do love stopping here when visiting Medford NY and when I travel again I'll definitely stop here again ☺️ Thank you 7-Eleven.

Stopped to use the ATM. There was a dispensing error and it did not give me my money even though the receipt said it did. I spoke with the owner of 7-11 and he said I had to call the number on the ATM and they my would refund the money which is 100% NOT accurate. The automated message says they DO NOT REFUND MONEY for dispensing errors and to file a claim with your bank. What’s most annoying is that he said this just happened to someone else but he didn’t put up a sign to say the machine was broken. SHADY!

The coffee is toxic. Don’t trust the amount of caffeine you are drinking. They will lie to you saying it’s safe to drink.

But always a good place to shop for quick pickups. Some not all of the worker are not very friendly. To most of facilities ( bathroom) out on 25A in Brookhaven have been close to the public.as a traveler it would be an inconvenience. Nothing like LOVES or Flying J and TA station... in 7 -11 customer service are not able to perform their duties

Horrible, they steal your info with there credit card skimmers, don’t believe me feel if you could rip apart before swiping your card. The bald Indian guy acting like he didn’t know walked away. I was there on Monday at 2:20pm. This isn’t the first 7/11 the ones in the city are the same.

Garbage ! I Used 2 Go There 3 To 4 Times A Day But I Brought A Pizza And Almost DIED! I Ask 4 Well Done And I Got Cold And Doughy! I'm Going 2 Emergency Room Because I Feel Sick On My Stomach And They Wouldn't Even Refund Or Try And Fix It! Don't Eat Here Because They Are Going 2 KILL SOMEONE SOON???MARK MY WORDS! AND VERY RUDE !

Worst 711 iv been to in a while , food was old . Drinks were limited. The manager is rude and not friendly at all! Wont be visiting this location again
