I just got back from picking my car up from Zale's. My power driver's side window would no longer go up. Having used Zale's before and having had an excellent experience, there was no doubt in my mind that this was the place to get my window fixed.

Zale's met my service needs promptly in a very friendly and professional manner, at a cost far less than I expected. I needed a headlight changed in my 2006 Cadillac to pass inspection. I went to a Midas in Clifton Park, to be told that the bill would be close to $500 for 2 headlights and labor. The bumper needs to be removed on this car to access the headlights. I then stopped by Zale's and asked if they could take a look at it. I was told that they were very busy but if I dropped the car off they could at least take a look at it for me and get me a quote. I ordered the headlamps and dropped the car off Wednesday morning with the expectation that perhaps it might be looked at later in the week. Driving by later in that afternoon I saw that the car had been moved so I decided to stop in and inquire. The owner told me that he had had a chance to look at the job, and it would be done either Wed. afternoon or the following day depending on weather. He told me that there had been a few problems removing the bumper due to the age of the car, but that he had already corrected them. He also mentioned that one of the sockets had broken loose from its mounting, but he was able to bond it back on without having to replace it. He quoted me a price that was so far under the labor charge quoted by Midas that I immediately accepted it. The charge was more than fair, especially considering the unexpected problems that were encountered. The car was done by the next morning. Zale's reaffirmed my belief that small local businesses definitely provide the kind of honest pricing and concern for customer's needs that simply cannot be found in most chain businesses. I will unhesitatingly go there for any body related problems I have with any of my cars. Great job guys - now I know why you have been in business for decades. Art M.
