“I would like to commend a woman named ‘Kim’ for helping me this morning on the phone. Since early June when I submitted my request for a transfer of ‘temporary’ mail thru what I thought was USPS.com, to my daughter’s in MA, I first wound up unknowingly on a scam site, which charged my crcd $99.95, took about 5 weeks to get my $ back, tried in vain to correct my mail delivery as it wound up to be ‘permanent’. Finally today, I got real help, I am forever grateful for this employee.
