I would highly recommend. I went to about four other bridal shops prior to going to Elle’s bridal and did not once get the kind of service I received at Elle’s. Kelly was amazing! She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my dress choice. She also was able to get this dress in THREE weeks when all of the other bridal stores said getting a dress in that short amount of time was impossible.

My daughter (bride to be) myself and my oldest daughter went to Elle's. We had an appointment as that is how they like to do things. We got there and we were greeted by a very nice lady. I believe her name was Kelly. We said we wanted a cheap dress and my daughter showed her some pictures of a dress she liked. So she went looking for dresses that kind of resembled them. While my daughter was trying on dresses Kelly was listening to us and my daughter and she went and grabbed a dress she thought we would like. Well it was beautiful and my daughter said yes to the dress. Then I said I wanted to look at mother of the bride dresses and explained what kind I was looking for. Kelly pulled one dress out and I tried it on and I said yes to my dress. It was such a pleasant day we felt like all of the attention was on us as we were the only ones there no one else running around. I would recommend this shop. And we also got 60 percent off the dress so it was right in our price range. Go there and check things out

Gorgeous dresses. Ladies are so nice. I'm sorry to say the seamstress was not so good. Wedding was Nov.11 2023. I had an awful time with my dress as MOB the pads were too high and were seen as I danced. The shoulders kept falling down and the neckline would crinkle up my neck. It was so uncomfortable I had to remove pads during reception. It was altered and she had to fix what she altered and she charged me more. That wasn't my fault. I wouldn't recommend using seamstress.

This business, under new ownership, was a delightful surprise. I needed a dress for my daughter's wedding, and had waited a little too long, hoping I would wake up suddenly 25 lbs lighter. It didn't happen. Brides and More to the rescue!I had gone to a couple well-known stores already, and felt overwhelmed by crowds snd lack of sales help. At one large department store(you can guess: Albany doesn't have many, any more) I had an appointment with the very distracted "personal stylist," who I felt was trying to sell me anything and end her shift. Here, I called for an appointment and received excellent service. There was a variety of types and priced dresses. Many prom dresses, bridal gowns and parent of the bridal party choices. There was also some jewelry, shoes, and handbags but I purchased these elsewhere. The seamstress was available by appointment, and did an excellent job with alterations with timely delivery. Allowing more time to order a smaller size would have helped for a better fit, but that's on me: if magical thinking worked, I could have worn something from decades ago!I definitely recommend this shop as one of your stops on your way to composing your outfit for your special occasion.

I'm so happy I remembered this place. I'm not an easy size to fit but it is a very comfortable environment and the selection is great. No overwhelming like going into David's. You have a personal experience with Michele. I definitely recommend

Went to brides and more about a month and a half ago to find a prom dress. I found one I absolutely adored and the lady helping was really nice! She said she’d order it that day with a down payment. She almost ordered the wrong dress! I called about almost daily to see where my dress was, when it would be in and got the same “it’ll be in soon” everytime. So obviously she forgot. I gave it another try and she said she ordered it, saying it’s shipping. I gave it about two weeks this time, then she admitted it never shipped because it was out of stock at this point now. I don’t know what her plan was with this? So that gave me a set back almost close to a month on a prom dress. She gave attitude when I said I’d just like a refund and said “good luck finding a prom dress this late” and tried blaming it on me. When she was the one who made it this late… I went somewhere else and got my dress ordered online and it came in less than a week. Wouldn’t suggest doing any business, very unorganized and nasty attitude when called out. I don’t plan them being in business much longer though with all the old dresses on the racks.

My daughter was looking for the perfect prom dress, and after a very disappointing experience at David’s Bridal, we called Brides and More boutique and they were able to get us in right then. Michelle ( and all the ladies) were absolutely amazing. From helping my daughter find the perfect dress, bringing her dresses they thought she would like, finding her perfectly matching shoes and the overall personalized attention we were looking for, I cannot recommend this place enough. Beautiful shop, and beautiful dresses and people. Thank you ladies!

Called several times to make appointment, when we finally got a time slot the place was filled with people making it difficult to have someone help us. Had to carry our dresses as they place was packed with people that we couldn’t get our own room, which we should have since we made a appointment.No one helped us individually as they were bouncing around to everyone, where as, any other boutique store you would have your own personal consultant.Didn’t practice safe Covid guidelines as most of the staff were maskless.Overall, unprofessional and waste of time

Has a very positive experience at this bridal shops and I have since been to many. The owner was very helpful and accommodating . There was a good selection and the prices were more than reasonable. There were several dresses that were possible but I needed to continue to look on Long Island to see other possibilities. In the end I got a dress more local, but this dress shop had many good options especially for mother of the bride dresses and wedding dresses. We actually saw the wedding dress my daughter had already purchased at a Manhattan bridal store. Def work a visa it. ( it was a little hard to find the first time I went)

Loved this store! There was variety that far exceeds any of the shops seen in surrounding cities and towns. Try this shop you will not be disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised . I also found the perfect dress thanks to Michelle. She just is full of knowledge and really goes that extra mile.

Michelle is awesome! Grew up getting prom dresses from her and she altered my wedding dress. Fantastic job, shop is super clean, and she gives you her honest and experienced opinion which is impossible to find. Would recommend her to anyone.
