“I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier’s and their staff. My bumper had some issues that became apparent on the highway. I initially searched for a mechanic shop, and as they were closing for the weekend, I asked them for a recommendation and they recommended Neet’s practically around the corner. I stopped in, showed them the issue and they helped me out and had me on my way in less than 30! They were very forthright and clear about what would be needed long-term, which I sincerely appreciated.

“If you’re willing to wait, this place has some great service with very reasonable prices. I got new tires, used rims, and a full wheel alignment, took about 3 weeks though. To be fair, my car was undrivable and in the parking lot next to the shop so they also had to figure out how to bring it over. My car has been driving great with no problems for a few weeks now, so I can confidently say they did a great job, and again at a very good price.”
