“Had an unfortunate tire blow out on my tractor trailer. Fortunately, another truck driver had blown a tire on a curb and had called for service. The over the road technician was super friendly and finished his first job before coming right over to start work on my trailer. He sized my tire and ran back to his shop to prepare for my tire change. He was fast, efficient, and maintained a positive attitude even when the rusty nuts gave him a hard time. I have been driving for over 25 years and the service was top notch. I was so pleased with the experience I ran into Dunkin Donuts to make sure he had a dozen to get his day started with back to back calls at 6 in the morning. My company has added them to our list of vendors if ever needed again.

“They came recommended to me and my granddaughter by Epiq Auto. Granddaughters car had all the lights on her dash lit up. We dropped it off, they found the problem and called us. Needed a cellunoid. Had to order the part and would be done the next day. Picking her car up, the son showed us the bad one and how it was defective and explained it so even I could understand! Father and son were friendly and didn't feel that they took advantage of a young lady and an old lady.”

“In town on a holiday weekend, was having some transmission issues with a 2020 Silverado Truck. We called first thing in the am to see if there was any possibility of getting the truck checked out as we had to tow a camper back to NC. Fred answered and said to bring it in and he would take a look, although they were closing at noon today. We took the truck in and 3 hours later it was diagnosed and fixed. Can’t thank them enough for getting us on our way!”
