The middle aged woman clerk at the front is so RUDE! My jaw dropped at the tone and belittling towards me when I simply said I was there to pick up a package that was unable to deliver. She said it was returned to sender but why would they send it back less than 24hrs from first delivery attempt? Also, tracking still says available for pickup at the location so is she just that careless to look for it and give me it? Please fire her this is the second time I’ve gotten attitude from her within the last week!!

Was supposed to get package Wednesday. Apparently scanned said left on porch, don't have a porch. Called today and they have no idea where it was left. Still looking into it. They just keep raising the rates and don't care where they leave your mail.Update:. No clue where it is and when asked if they would reimburse for replacement asked if it was insured. It is not in my possession last was yours and scanned someplace after here.

Not local post office fault ! 2 day priority mail left Rochester Sept 29 not delivered till very late October 5. I think pony express would have been faster.

I am not happy with the new mailman who delivers mine and everybody else's mail to wherever he feels like that day. Finding out my car insurance bill has been at someone else's house and is due today or else I'm cancelled is unacceptable.
