Excellent customer service they work very quickly. Staff is very knowledgeable. Management is very helpful and they don’t charge you an arm and a leg. The pricing has been very fair so much so that I’m deciding to do as much work on a project as I can with them. I have a Chevy G 20 van and I feel comfortable having them do all of the work on it.

In the beginning of the week we found out we had a leak in our transmission cooler of our car. We had a trip planned for the weekend that we needed the car because it pulls our camper. The office staff and mechanics made sure to get us in the same week to get the car fixed so we were able to keep our trip. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend Lightning!

I went in to find out about repairs needed for my daughters car. None of the three men in the office seemed eager to help answer my questions nor for my business. However, one guy was able to answer one question fairly quickly and easily. He advised me that their labor rates had just gone up 😒👎ðŸ½. FIND ANOTHER SHOP TO TAKE YOUR CAR!!!!
