“I was broken down on the side of the road with my 3 year old daughter, Mike’s son stopped and jumped my car for me. He showed me what was wrong with my battery and warned me that it is very possible that it will happen again. I had just bought the car today and he told me that just from looking under the hood for a minute it does not seem to be in good condition and I should get my money back for it. I have only heard wonderful things about this shop. Very honest and trustworthy!”

Barbra in the office was acomodating despite the fact I was in a bit of a time crunch and i came in at the last minute. And the repairman Wilson had the job done within 45 min (fixed a bent rim, balancing all tires AND rotation) all for less the half the cost of replacing the bent rim at the dealer. “I’ve been a proud customer of Brookside for almost 6 years now! Billy and his crew are always amazing. Sam at the front desk is also always kind and helpful on the phone. Going above and beyond for their customers, friendly and respectful they’re my favorite! Always within ear shot to at bare minimum give you an idea of what could be going on in a pinch. As a young woman I have never felt blindsided as Billy always explains what exactly is going on and what he is doing to fix it, that treatment is hard to find at car shops. Their pricing is exactly fair, also usually such a quick turn around to get your car back :)”

“This many well written reviews helped me choose the transmission repair shop I felt I could trust for an honest opinion and price. I brought my suburban in due to some signs and symptoms I noticed may indicate an issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem and showed this was common in my make, model and year. The fact that they repaired so many of these made me feel better, in that they had experience in it. They were very communicative throughout, honest about pricing, and quickly found alternatives to parts that were out of stock. The whole process took about 1 week. The transmission was rebuilt with upgraded parts to ensure more longevity and reliability. I recommend this shop.”
“Stopped in on a whim this morning because my battery connections were loose and the battery is hidden in front of the tire so it’s not easy to get to. They got me in immediately and while we waited my 4 year old got to watch the cars movie on their tv and play with toys. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Nobody tried to sell me on anything extra, and as a female that’s rare. Highly recommend.”
