Wow and Wow, Renee’s has blown our minds with the amount of service and attention given to us to furnish and decorate. I have never had such an amazing experience and my wife has never been so receptive to the ideas presented.Debbie did not pressure or rush us, she is an expert at finding what fits in the space and listens to the preferences of the customer….thank you. She is extraordinarily gifted and I can understand some of the posts that were less than 5 stars….you just don’t get her!!Debbie and Bill have quite the oasis there, I had been to your store a number of times over the years and purchased some clothing and small items of furniture….however, after our house was flooded last year we decided to “treat” ourselves to a professional designer and we are so grateful!Thank you VERY MUCH Debbie! Debbie does not live up to her word. We bought four outdoor lounge chairs. Debbie delivered them when we were not home. From the cameras on our property, they were unboxed, unwrapped, and showed signs that they might have been display lounges with several nicks and scraps. Debbie said she would reorder them. That was August, it is now December, called twice and left messages for Debbie, no response.The real shame of this is that we just built a new home and are in need of a house full of furniture. Debbie, you really missed out on the big payday.

Horrible customer service. I went looking for a certain pieces to fill a living room. I ordered three pieces. They told me that they had my sofa " in stock" and it would be delivered in a week. ONE month later I was still waiting! Every week I would call and every week they keep stringing me along. After finding a sofa somewhere else I asked for a complete refund and was told I could only get a Store credit. The owner was so rude and stopped returning my calls. I will NEVER shop there again! ( since I didn't get my furniture I had to dispute the order with Visa) It was a nightmare!

This business doesn't have their return policy visible for the public. Not on their receipts, store signs, web page. ILLEGAL!! They only "offer" store credit for returns. They are also way overpriced. It's illegal not to have the refund policy obvious to the public. Warning: DO NOT SHOP AT RENEE's IN MATTITUCK, NY. I didn't want to even choose a star for this review but the system will only post my review if I chose at least one star. DO NOT CHOOSE RENEE's!

The cutom sofa I ordered came in wrong twice due to her error and she refuses to take responsibility for her mistakes. Empty promises and lies. Zero returned messages I want the spring down cushions I was told I would be receiving. The wrong studs on the sofa was another disaster. I had to contact the manufacturer for the right ones and am now hiring an upholsterer to fix your mistake. The first one had wrong arms, no studs, wrong cushions. Stay away people. Stay away

Fantastic experience from start to finish! I have furnished most of my apartment from Renee's and not only does Debbie have a fantastic eye, but she is always available to talk to and made me feel at ease during the whole process. I special ordered many pieces that I'm obsessed with and the delivery and set up made it feel very easy. They even helped me hang my TV so that it worked in harmony with the rest of the room. So thankful to have a beautiful space to live in, I get compliments all the time.

Renee's has the most beautiful furniture and home accents I've ever seen. The store is set up so you can walk through and see the furniture set up like living or dining rooms. They even sell beautiful clothing for men and woman. Love this store!

my wife has in the past frequented your store and suggested I should look for no help. I feal your store discriminated against the elderly. Your sails associate felt it was more important to talk on the Cel phone. We did purchase a spit with a price tag of $590.00. I predict since the owner of the store does ant care about service they will be out of business in 2 years or less. My family will not shop here again. The owner is feint foolish when this type of service is acceptable to them. The store will close but the staff will find other jobs and you will be bankrupt.
