Handy Pantry in Mattituck is special. Been going there for a sandwich for lunch since high school. They make great sandwiches and is a great stop for grabbing cold cuts and basic groceries. Some items are priced higher than a grocery store, but others are cheaper and everything is great quality. Plenty of beer too.

By far the most expensive place to buy a sandwich. Highly suggest going anywhere else in town that does not rip you off.

Great spot for needed items and not have to go to a supermarket. Staff is friendly and very helpful, too. Selection of cold cuts and prepackaged fresh cuts and cheese ready to go along with wonderful selection of sandwiches. Bagels/rolls all there for you. Good dairy section and a Beer Den. Town bags a plus!

Used to be a great place to go for sandwiches. So many options to choose from and food was fresh. In the past year it's been awful. Orders are always messed up. Food is not fresh. When you call there because they made a mistake you get an attitude. Poor management perhaps? I'm done going there.

Good grocery selection but they also have an amazing deli and lunch special. Coffee is solid for the price.

I think the Handy Pantry is a fast CLEAN alternative to any supermarket in the area, the entire staff is very friendly and quick to help! They make Great Hero's for lunch at The Best Prices in town! Maybe its the new owner that keeps this place spotless because after reading several old reviews stating it was dirty, is definitely unfounded.

Handy Pantry in Mattituck is the Greatest Store/ Deli/ Market on the North Fork Of Long Island. The staff is friendly and fast the sandwiches are awesome and most of the time I need to save half for later they are so generous on the " Materials". The food is fresh the coffee is hot the place is clean. There is not better than the Handy Pantry Mattituck!
