Poor service, waited in line and placed order for porterhouse steaks and sausages to be told by the young man that he didn’t know how to cut steaks. Then waited another 20 minutes for butcher to cut steaks which never eventuated as he continued to serve other customers that came into the store. Disappointing as Center Cuts had came highly recommended by our airb&b host.

Awesome butcher shop, and even better to have right on the north fork. Their brisket/short rib burger along with the fried onion strings are out of this world. Great staff too

A Center Cuts on the North Fork is a welcomed gem. I've been going to their Roslyn Heights location for years and it's great to have one closer to home. Great quality meats - the BEST staff.

The Best!!! I bought hand cut pork chops, for a family dinner! They! We’re! Amazing!They even gave me cooking hints and they came out perfect!!Their already made food is a life saver when you don’t want to cook but still want a healthy choice !I’d give it 6 stars if I could!!

Food is great. But half the time they never wanna run the grill. I understand not wanting start up the grill after 4 o’clock. But I live down the street and you can go in there at lunch and they will just tell you they’re understaffed and not running the grill. This happens so much that now I’m frustrated and leaving a review. They don’t like to cook in there just serve what’s already made and it’s annoying going there to be constantly disappointed. They need to hire less lazy staff.

Recently ducked in here looking for some Tri-Tip steaks, none of the local places had any, and most had never even heard of them. The butcher here stated that try -tip was a special order cut for them, but the customer who ordered them never showed up, so we were welcome to them. We got some terrific steaks which, when grilled over a nice oak fire made for some great eating. We will be back.

Stopped in the other day to grab some late lunch. Interesting place with a split personality...butcher shop is top end Manhattan quality and price.. Sandwich counter, conversely, is a great price/value. Frizzeled onions are an amazing side. Only mild qualm on the hero sandwiches....especially the Italian ... is the bread. Bland, soft and plain. I'm looking for crusty Italian bread with sesame seeds. We'll be back....looking forward to their burgers.

First time trying this place, steak for the adults, potpies for the kiddos-everything was amazing and PS- the prices aren't insane for a real butcher shop. Just tried some of the potpie today.... OMGOSH!! I highly recommend this place!! And the potpies!

BRAVO!! About time we/the Northfork got a butcher shop! BOOOO TO THE a-holes who left bad reviews, I'm really just utilizing this space to bad mouth those idiots-especially the a$$ clown who wrote a bad review/went to a BUTCHER SHOP for the SALADS....?!?! Come on mannnnn, that was your first problem there-WHY WOULD YOU GO TO A BUTCHER SHOP FOR SALAD.......NEXT, to the cheap skates who left bad reviews cause of the PRICES, ummmm stick to your dollar menu McDonald's "burgers" and your ShopRite on sale puny/tough chuck steaks, you OBVIOUSLY don't deserve to eat/buy the beautiful GLORIOUS cuts of meat that's offered at this establishment.... Stay at the kids tables and leave the butcher shop for us grown ups who know and understand what quality meat is, you probably like your steak well done too and think Outback Steakhouse is the best steak in town. SOOO ANNOYING THAT PEOPLE HURT AN AMAZING BUSINESS over stupid things like prices (which are exactly what they should be for the TOP QUALITY product and service they provide) go enjoy your "USDA standard grade" beef and leave us carnivores who understand quality beef our "prime cuts".... Go shop at Walmart
