Awesome butcher shop, and even better to have right on the north fork. Their brisket/short rib burger along with the fried onion strings are out of this world. Great staff too

Higher priced than supermarkets.But quality and taste are in a separate level.Well worth it!!!!

A Center Cuts on the North Fork is a welcomed gem. I've been going to their Roslyn Heights location for years and it's great to have one closer to home. Great quality meats - the BEST staff.
