“Joe and the crew at Village Auto Body were great with my son’s car. Brand new Mustang and someone hit him, we brought it to Joe and the process from there was seamless. He told us the exact steps to take with the insurance company and ordered the parts right away so we didn’t have to wait for them when we brought the car in for repairs. He fixed the car quick (which required a whole new door and body work down the passenger side and rim). Car looks back to new!! There were calls and emails all along letting us know the process and any question I sent in an email was responded to right away. We would definitely recommend Joe and Village Auto Body to anyone looking for a quick, reliable, honest repair shop with an amazing finished product!! Thank you guys!!!”

“I had a broken mirror on my car that required it to be totally replaced,not the biggest job.
Bob worked with me to replace it with an on line mirror saving me $2000!!!
He went above and beyond to get it done quickly, efficiently, honestly, and without a hitch.
It is the second time I used them,and size of job and $$$$ does not dictate a great job as well as customer service.
I would not hesitate to reccomed them or use them in future if needed.

“I had a traumatic car accident in my precious sports red Mercedes 350. Justin not only restored the car back to new but fixed extra things he saw needed done. The 2008 car came back like the bionic man to a car of 2020 standards, vastly improved from the condition he received it in. He knew I had a problem with lighting in the car at night so he installed special bright night lights for me as that was the cause of the original accident. Every time I called he could not have been more courteous and helpful and when the car was ready, on time, he personally made sure the car was delivered to my door a 45 minute drive away. From here on in, I will only use Twin Forks Automotive and I highly recommend anyone reading this review to do the same and tell their friends, you won't be sorry. “I would like to express my gratitude to both Ray and Dave for making my experience at Advance Auto Parts truly amazing. I purchased a battery on their website with the plan of having them install it for me. Despite reaching out to other Advance Auto Parts locations and making calls, none of them demonstrated the same level of commitment to assisting me until I contacted the Riverhead location. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone, they gained my trust.Upon my arrival, Dave informed me that he had scheduled Ray to assist me in installing my battery. It was raining at the time, but they still displayed the initiative to help me, a quality that is hard to find these days. Ray promptly put on his jacket and got to work, making the entire process very smooth. Their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout, and I cannot thank them enough for their assistance in installing my Subaru battery.Advance Auto Parts in Riverhead is very fortunate to have such a dedicated staff working for them. “I just love Trailer City,,,,the Manager of this place takes care of his customers,,,,ordered parts for me and had them next day,and just yesterday I had an emergency repair needed before a big trip and he had his technician repair my trailer in the parking lot in 20 minutes,,,and very honest about the repair,, they fixed what was broken without selling me unneeded parts,,,VERY HONEST PEOPLE, I will be a customer as thay are a great bunch of people,,,,,thanks guys,,,,see you soon as I am sure I will break something again on the next trip”

“We were new to the area. Someone hit our car in a parking lot. We were looking for someone local to do the work. We read Starlite's reviews and decided to give them a try. The reviews were rigtht on. Everyone we dealt with at Starlite was a complete pro. Work exceeded expectations. They actually apologized for not getting the car back to us on the appointed day, because they wanted to get things exactly right ( car was available the next day). Real professionals! Hope we will never need them again, but if we do, they have our business!”
