The worst laundromat ever! The attendant was one of the owners father! I was raised to respect my elders but this man was so rude! They should not have him working there anymore! He rushed you to finish your clothes, even though my husband and I were there doing business hours! I have a 4 year old son and at the time was 3, he was eating potato chips there and the attendant yelled at my son for dropping a chip on the floor! I was mortified! My husband was ready to argue with him but again he was an elderly man so I advised my husband to calm down! We will never go back there ever! Terrible, forgot to mention they have no carts where you can hang your clothes up to dry and even if you are a customer you cannot use the restroom!

Usually, I never have an issue with the place. However, recently I was doing a load of wash on washer number 21. The machines timer froze and the washer would not unlock. I asked an attendant if she could help. She walked over and looked at it said there was nothing she could do for me and walked away shrugging her shoulders. Not very comforting knowing my clothes could've been stuck in the washer indefinitely. I tried asking if there was anyone who could get my cloths out but the attendants don't speak great English, so I was unable to communicate with them properly. Just beware, if you do laundry here and something goes wrong, you'll most likely be on your own to figure it out.

I'm actually leaving this laundry place right now. Sad to say I wont ever come back. However the attendant was pushy and rude. You could feel his attitude upon entering the building. Not a great environment. Too bad bc the machines are clean.

I mean what’s there to say you go there wash and dry your clothes and leave, place is always clean! Love it! If you have an issue with not having machines just go early if you can they open at 7 no one is there even at 8 place is a ghost town, if you have a problem with smoking!! That guy is not there in the mornings at least not the mornings I go. I see the complaints and I’m like what!!! I never had a problem ??

So tired of the Spanish guy smoking outside everyday all day. We come to the laundry Matt to have clean clothes not to be inhaling the smoke that's coming inside while we are there. Get it together. The other lady use to smoke outside 24/7 now the Spanish guy who works there is too. Unprofessional. It's literally the whole time!

I totally understand that one of the workers donate coats or clothes for a living but what is the point of being open if you are just going to take up every single washer in there so that when actual customers come in, they have to wait or leave and go to another place? I personally think that is unfair and unprofessional... we love coming to this place, have been for two years but had to say this because the lady was very rude about it.

I’m impressed!! I’ve been using laundromats for years and this one, to me, is as good as it gets. One, you can use a credit card on the machines... NO MORE QUARTERS. Then to add the cleanliness of the facility, that the owner (a woman... yayyy!) works on site, and they use brand name soaps on the laundry you drop off.... which only costs 85 cents a pound and not $1.05 like another facility in the area. This will be my new go to laundromat for years to come.
