Highly recommend this tattoo shop. I will NEVER go elsewhere. Lou as well as the rest of the staff here are all amazing. They are all very professional, friendly and skilled. They can take any idea and turn it into a tattoo even better than you hoped for. The shop is sterile and clean.

Great place, artwork is unbelievably amazing , clean environment, and now has Elysian Aesthetics Lab inside .. recommend highly .. I have been tattooed by Louis Reed for years now and won't go anywhere else. If you are looking for a great place to get inked or pierced , look no further.

Came in just wanting to get the jewelry in my nostril piercing switched. $30 for the switch and the jewelry which was a little steep but it was the only place nearby that had a silver hoop and I figured with the good reviews this place would be fine. My piercing was not cleaned before the piercer started pulling on it. After yanking on it and hearing me audibly say ow he then checked what shape bar it was (L shape) then took it out properly. A needle followed by the new jewelry was then shoved into my nose and any noise I made due to pain was completely ignored. After the piercing was replaced the piercer did not bother to spray it with saline or aftercare, simply put his hand out and said “It’ll be $30”. I handed him the money and he walked away and left me to find my own way out. My experience here felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of this the hoop they put in was not the size I wanted and I was not shown what it looked like beforehand. Now I have to go somewhere else and spend more money to get it fixed. Will not be returning here ever again.Service: Nose piercing

I regret finding this place. First off, my tattoo artist kept scheduling me on days that the place was closed or he was not in. Then when he finally was there, I'd wait for over an hour before he sees me. I had several tattoos done here just because I feel that it was cheaper than other places, which should have told me what I was getting myself into. For my last tattoo, they made me pay in full which was a sleeve on my calf, which is expensive. He probably only did maybe 1 hour of tattooing and then called it a day. Tattoo is still not finished and this was back in April. Then tattoo artist decided to go on leave for a while. I asked for a refund just for the work that was not finished EVERY DAY SINCE! Finally the owner said to send him a picture of my debit card and he will issue me the refund. I haven't heard back since! I've been emailing and texting every day. What a bunch of scan artists! I now have to cancel my card because I trusted the owner and pay a lawyer to deal with this matter.

Got a piercing here. The GUY DIDNT EVEN WASH HIS HANDS BEFORE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love my piercing but they don’t even care enough to talk to you about cleaning your piercing or taking care of it… once I walked in I just felt anger energy I don’t know place is off.
