“These guys will do anything for you to make sure your tires are in good repair. I needed to swap 4 tires from one vehicle to another. I showed up and was called in less than 5 minutes. The entire job was finished within 35 minutes... and that included balancing one set of those tires. The cost was more than fair. I have used these guys for years and will continue to do so as long as the service and work quality remain the same. We drove 23 miles to get to this place rather than use a local shop near to me. When you are here, they will definitely take good care of you... and at a great price.”

“Ive found a new home for my vehicles. Good guys. Nicks the man. Honest and upfront, prices are good too. I bought an Accord Coupe and it had a slight shimmy in the steering wheel. I knew I needed tires and brought it to this shop. Nick was upfront, showed me my rims were bent (he actually showed me rims on the wheel balancer) and he reformed them at a great price. No more shimmy and now my Accord, Tundra, Camry and Malibu come here. Previous shop I had didnt even tell me my rims were bent when I had tires replaced. Like I said, good guys.”

“They definitely have a whole new auto care crew and staff. I was very impressed that they offer and take appointments (the other staff did not offer that), everything was clearly and professionally communicated and cared for (the other staff had trouble with being nice), and lastly, the current staff took in and cared for a few customers while I was there very quickly including myself (whereas the last staff took in 3 cars and called it a day for whatever excuse they mentioned). I wanted to add that these men went even further to clean each customers windows as a courtesy and I thought this was so nice of them:) thank you guys so much!”
“Years ago, we lived in E Patchogue and always had our vehicles serviced by the Medford Firestone. Pricing was fair and management was honest. What more could I ask for. We live in Riverhead now. My wife was on the L.I.E. and thought she had a flat tire (23 psi). She detoured to Medford Firestone. The service technician took her vehicle in right away and determined all 4 tires just need air. He added air in all 4 tires and no charge for his time. (My wife tipped him $10). He could have said, he fixed the flat or that she needed a new tire, but he was honest and did the right thing. What more can you ask of your friendly neighborhood Medford Firestone. Thank you for continuing to do the right thing for your customers.”
