The staff is friendly but the machine are decades old. Compared to other laundry mats in the Mastic shirley area I rate this one number 2 out of the 3. It doesn't have may amenities and no atm however it is more cost efficient than laundry kingdom in town.

I haven't seen roaches in a while but I only go to do the dogs blankets, the dryers are so old it cost 2x as much than any others

3 stars not because of the owners they're nice people but the unfortunate atmosphere around it and it's a little dirty. I prefer laundry kingdom.

It can use a little more cleaning up, especially the floors. And the clerk could be a little more welcoming. I'm considering a different laundromat that costs a little more but the people that work there are very friendly and they make you feel comfortable.

Just a friendly place to do your laundry the owners are very nice people respectful and kind but to tell you the truth it's time for you people to stop following me around people like me when I up to anything I'm a child of God and not an extreme one I'm just a child of God so I'm not going to do anything against this country they're doing it to themselves anyway so follow somebody else that's really going to do something harm not me frankly I'm tired of seeing wherever I go I know you're going to keep following me anyway but don't even tell me about it just keep doing what you want to do like you've been doing I just don't want to be told where I was by you asking me what is the place like it's a laundromat good gosh

Service is somewhat ok but fryers are absolute shi* because first: 1 quarter is 8 minutes. Second: Dryers don't even serve their purpose because 30 of quarters and clothes barely dry. Like seriously it's a complete rip off and total waste of quarters. This would never happen at Laundry Kingdom. Never. So although it's close it's really bad and wouldn't recommend unless youre going to dry it own clothes.

When I first moved here I brought all the covers to my sectional over there so they could get done quicker and she saw me drive up in a BMW and charged me $120 to do the covers - I dropped them off and picked them up -This time I called to have them picked up and she charged me $28 - and the covers are still filthy - when I complained over the phone she said she would give me a refund and when I went over there to get it I think she recognized me and said "no refunds " -she said the coffee stains won't come out - I wound up washing them myself and they came out great -She's a thief and a liar ! Don't bring your clothes to her - and don't judge a book by it's cover - I work very hard to pay for whatever I have and don't have extra money to waste for a poor service - hope she enjoys the $28

This is worst laundromat in town.The clothes in dryer come out wet for 30 minutes.I brought it to the attention to owner and did nothing about it.I was told to go elsewhere.What a way to treat customers.I do not recommend anyone to go there.

I like this laundry matt because it's right in town. It a little more expensive than laundry kingdom but it's so close and more convenient. You just have to make sure you keep an eye on your stuff because I've had detergent and softener stolen within 30 seconds of me walking out to my truck to grab some change. But if your dropping off they do a great job. They fold it so good
