I have been here 3 times . 2 times was probably the worst experiences going to a deli because of that dude Jay . the one other time when he wasn’t there it was a pleasant experience. Very rude to staff and customers. Not sure how he’s a manager here let alone passed the third grade. He literally called the woman working the grill “ fat and ugly “ in front of like 8 customers *her name was dori * first of all bro you basement dweller look at you . Heavily on the spectrum lucky to work at handy pantry being rude to older women . I’m literally never coming here again cause of this waste of air. How are you going to disrespect that poor woman like that in front of customers ? She’s busting her back and you’re being a little disrespectful nerd

I ordered some egg salad, when I got it home to eat it wasn't fresh. The eggs and mayonnaise were spoiled. I bought it back for refund or replacement and that was spoiled as well. Very disappointed

This is the last time I come to this place. I walk in to buy a single loaf of bread and I'm on line waiting to pay behind 3 people and a gentleman ordering catering. A woman walks in the store to pick up a couple sandwiches she ordered over the phone. Once it's ready (about 3 minutes later) a person behind the counter hands her the food at which point any normal person would get on line behind the people that are already waiting to pay. She mumbled something about "I'm not cutting you" and put her stuff down on the counter and I assume it's because it's too much to hold standing in line which is fine. Then she just continues to stand there cuts the line and is immediately helped. When I speak up that I'm before she tells me the manager told her to at which point she says "right Steve?" (I believe that was his name) and he agrees that she gets to cut everyone else to pay for her food because she called it in. The cutter said to me "I ordered ahead of time may be you should have" . - nobody in their right mind would be fine with me cutting a line of several people simply because I called ahead and told the store I will be coming down to pick up a loaf of bread. Just because you ordered something to be cooked doesn't make your time any more important than mine. If the grill/deli is very busy with phone orders does that mean I have to stand there indefinitely as people keep coming in to pick up the food?

The woman running The griddle this morning is extremely slow she cannot multitask and needs help. she's doing things one at a time it looks like I'm watching SpongeBob at the crusty crab. Let one of the other guys cook!

Generally okay. Good for a quick beer run or snacks. Jay the manager is awful. Rude to customers, and employees. So as long as you dont have to deal with him......but my biggest issue is that the prices are always different at the deli counter. Everytime I went in to order a sandwhich, the same sandwich everytime, everytime a different price. No consistency. This time, I order a toasted bagel with turkey, swiss & bacon. $10.49. I pay for it and take it home..open it..no bacon and it's not toasted. A cold buttered bagel with turkey & cheese..$10.49. I look at the label, it says hot premium sandwich. I'm sorry, nothing hot OR premium about this sandwich. Go to ANY other deli counter for your sandwiches, it's just not worth the hassle here.

I have been coming here since i moved back to NY about a year and a half ago. Every time I order subs and deli meat they are fast and friendly. They get the sandwiches done right and have never had a bad experience.

Every sandwich I ordered has been on point! Even when I order online, they follow directions well. Don't let the appearance of the store fool you, they are very consistent & friendly. Have no complaints!

We love this store. Not as crowned as Larger grocery stores like king kullen, stop and shop. Friendly helpful staff clean store. Well stocked.

Terrible service. Used to come here all the time and loved the sandwiches, will never come again. Got 2 sandwiches, mine immediately fell apart as I went to go grab a side because it wasn't cut fully through. My boyfriends was cut on an angle, so one side had like barely any bread on top, and the other had too much. Don't know what happened to this place, sad to say I'm disappointed.Visited about 3:30ish
