“Easily the best place to go for any kind of repairs you need for a pc!I have a fairly high end gaming pc that I decided to start to experiment with and overclock (I have minimal experience with pc’s I just play video games?) turns out along the road I ended up messing up my mother board and my processor. The problem wasn’t obvious so they tested a bunch of things out and ultimately found it was the processor and the cpu. I was very nervous and anxious so I was calling every day for an update on my repair?but they never had a problem letting me know the progress they made and how things were going which I appreciated. The guys at battlegrounds in Shirley are trustworthy much so that I go there from central islip as I don’t trust anyone else so I recommend them every day of the week 110%!!!”

“Honestly I wish I could give this store 10 stars out of 5! I had been having issues with the "call" function on my phone. Previously I had spent 2 hours in online chat with Cricket Customer Service; after their attempts didn't work, the online folks told me to visit a Cricket store in person. The first Cricket store I went to was not helpful so I came here, and it was like night & day! Tanya was incredibly kind and helpful. She listened to what was going wrong. She tested some functions herself, swapping SIM cards in different phones. She called Cricket's deeper tech support system herself on the store phone, and worked with me and the tech guy to test and troubleshoot further. This took more than an hour and she never lost patience. They eventually figured out it was a bug in the phone itself (some Samsungs just seem to lack a key update capability), and this allowed me to send the phone back while it was still eligible for return. I am so grateful for their help - and their kindness. Thank you!!!”
“I don't have metro but by today's experience I'm going to try to switch right away. Ana was very kind and very very helpful, I was having issues with my phone and nobody seemed to know what they were doing and couldn't help. “Watch the checkout screen and count your change. Last week I went and purchased 2 energy drinks and a bag of chips, the total was $18, upon checking the screen the girl behind the counter had charged me for a 24 pack of water. When I said something, she pretended that she didn’t notice and took off an energy drink, I had to say again about the water and she then adjusted the price down to the $9 I was spending.
This morning I went in and bought a gallon of milk and 2 energy drinks, the total was $10 and change and received $8 and change back. I just out the $$ in my pocket and went notice until I got home that I was shorted $1. At that point I wasn’t going back to confront the staff, that’s on me but I will be double checking moving forward.”

“I have lived by this 7-eleven basically my entire life & the staff is always exceptional, however I had an experience with a man who worked there named Devin that touched my heart. He paid for my boyfriend and I to get snacks for our movie & I insisted I’d pay him back and he said he wouldn’t take it. Now, I know they don’t make much there, he basically worked an hour to buy us snacks & he really saved the day. I didn’t know how else to leave this review short of walking in & asking for the manager so I figured I’d just put it here. I almost cried because it’s so easy to forget there are actually good people in this world.”
“Ivanka at the Shirley location is such a caring and thorough salesperson!! We were switching over from Verizon and went to the Costco in Holbrook ~ she was there temporarily while her home store was being renovated ~ lucky us!! She was with us through the entire switchover ~ she made sure we got our new phones and explained all of the T- Mobile perks!! She stayed on the phone with TM customer service when there was a glitch to make sure we received what was promised ~ she has followed up since to make sure that we love our new service~ Carmen & Asia are lucky to have her on their team!! Thank you thank you thank you Ivanka and well done T- Mobile on hiring people who truly want to help like Ivanka!!! “On off hours..everything in the hot food is old even the hot dogs. During regular hours Slurpees are barely available. Those are main ticket items. The owner, family have always been caring and now staff are improving. Hope it continues to grow.”
