My truck broke down right after leaving frenchies Chevrolet, they just installed a brand new plow attachment for 3000 dollars... Had to be towed this company attached truck to flatbed by connecting to a brand new plow attachment... Completely destroyed the brand new attachment.. We drove behind him the whole way as he drove at over 80 miles per hour. Completely reckless then dropped the truck and took off like a thief in the night... Now they won't answer phone. DON'T EVER USE ROUTE 37 TO WING YOU'LL BE VERY SORRY

Stop to try to help and old man broken down on the side of the road. He asked me to call a tow truck so I called this place . Big mistake. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. His words “ well it’s 200 straight up if I have to call a guy in to tow you in freezing rain, and it’s Saturday not a normal work day”. Then proceeded to hang up on us twice. Don’t offer service if you’re gonna be rude as hell when someone wants to use it. had no issue with the price but a big issue with your attitude and the way you treated a potential customer. Don’t even deserve 1 star but 0 wasn’t an option . Completely disgusting behavior!

Very nice people to deal with my 93-year-old. Dad went into the ditch on Christmas Eve and these people went out. Towed him out of the ditch took great care of the car only charged us 300 for the tow no storage fee which I thought was fantastic considering the circumstances. If there’s more businesses out there like these guys, the world would be a better place. Thank you guys for a great job.

Bad custom service ungrateful people over priced when my uncle passed out in the car n the cops called them to pick up the car they charged us 300$ when it was towed like 4 miles n they say it's 80$ for a towing but apparently not for emergency calls 300$ is ridiculous n they had no composer for my uncle passing away yesterday very very rude people

They're your guys if you need to be towed, also if you need a car impounded. They're friendly but don't waste time so they can get to the next job, I like that.

One of their drivers just blew me off tge road doing 75mph on 37 in ogdensburg at 510pm. Driving all over the road and pretty recklessly.
