Robert Moses State Park - Thousand Islands is a highly regarded destination known for its friendly staff and well-maintained facilities. Visitors appreciate the pristine, sandy beach that is cleaner and better groomed than many private locations. The park offers a variety of activities, including walking trails, picnic tables, and nature exploration, perfect for families. A small gift shop and camping supplies are available, and guests can even bring their dogs to enjoy the outdoors together. Cabin 1 provides a peaceful retreat with some privacy, though its river view is partially blocked by trees. Wildlife sightings, such as deer, enhance the park's natural charm. Families can enjoy amenities like large aquariums, touch and smell stations for kids, and a sizable chess board indoors. The RV camping experience is also positive, with well-kept bathrooms, showers, and good swimming opportunities in the river. Overall, Robert Moses State Park is celebrated for its beautiful scenery, clean environments, and a wide range of enjoyable activities, making it a favorite among visitors.

We camp here frequently. Very nice well kept state park. Electric sites with dump station. Almost every site is level and easily fit a 5th wheel camper.
