Not honest, look elsewhere. They tried to upsell me on a full rebuild of a sticking brake (hundreds of dollars of parts/labor). Told me the caliper was bad, the rotor was ruined and the pads were completely worn down. I repaired the car myself and the problem ended up being stuck caliper slide pins (a $10 part)- everything else was (and still is) completely fine.

Scheduled a appointment as I have done for last 5 years for a inspection. They had my truck on file went there waited and all of a sudden they come out and say we can't inspect that it's a truck. Our lifts are to small for a truck. Pass on this place.

I had car problems on a Sunday when traveling. I called Monroe from my cell and made an appointment. When I arrived Jonathan gave me good advice and several options. They fixed my vehicle and I was able to complete my trip that day. Thanks Jonathan and the tecnitions working there. LMM

Really transparent with pricing. They took care my weird bmw i3 electric car when i needed tires for winter and were just super nice through the whole process. The guys went the extra mile and figured out how to get me an oil change through my car warranty and were a pleasure to work with. I had questions and they answered everyone and got my bmw snow ready. Thanks guys!

Wouldn’t pass my inspection due to supposed “bald tires” that aren’t bald because they wanted to attempt to sell tires. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

Horrendous experience. Told me I’d have to wait hours despite having an appointment. So I went to the Monro in the next town over after explaining what I needed. After having my truck for an hour they told me they couldn’t even do the alignment. Absolute joke!
