The first time i got there was for my car inspection for insurance, the woman there was very rude, she let me wait like 15 minutes then tells me you have to schedule an appointment. Well you could tell me that in the first place rather than making me wait there and cater another. Then i had assigned a scheduled appointment, i was from a midnight shift that day then suddenly the people there told me that i was not on a schedule that day for an inspection. Like i was so pissed off at that moment because the woman who should put my appointment didn't do that. But the staff scheduled that day did the inspection because i told them that i was already here on saturday and now theyre telling me that! That woman who scheduled on that saturday was rude and mean!!! I hope karma gets you ?.

I had an appointment from 3:00 to 4:00 and I made it clear that the appointment was from 3:00 to 4:00 and that I needed a ride back home, and now I'm stuck in Canton for 2 hours mind you I live in Massena, These People are unreliable the person who picked up the phone sounded like a middle-aged man and was very rude, when I was trying to figure out why someone was not outside waiting for me at 4:00 when I had called twice to make sure they were going to be there at 4, I will not be using this company again, mind you, this is a Medicaid ride, So either way they are getting paid,

Nd more. Drivers considering it's ridiculous to wait , 2 hrs or more to take a cab anywhere around town when it takes 5-19 minutes to cross

In Massena I find that the local Uber drivers have cleaner cars and are more prompt and reliable.

Messena Transport came and got from potsdamn after returning a rent a car but dodge avenger car that picked me up was very dirty upholstery wise. The driver was nice but yall need to clean them vehicles! For an 80 dollar fare I don't wanna sit on dirty seats. The hours posted online are closing at 11 but it really closes at 7pm. Their 6am opening time of 6 am won't allow you to get to the bus stop in the morning at the local econo lodge so be prepared to call ahead and pay an extra fee if you want to reach the adorondike trails bus route.

This place tells me 10 to 15 minutes and its been almost an hour now. If you need a ride its about as fast as walking, so if you're in a rush call an hour ahead of time. There is only 2 drivers and they pick up extra passengers and theyll eventually end up getting a fight going because not everybody gets long in Massena. I do not like this cab company and dont reccoment it, but also have no other choice because its the only cab company in town unfortunately.

I have never used their service before and now will never . I called to book a ride for a friend. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. Apparently i was supposed to magically know their policies and procedures. I do realize they most likely encounter customers who will try to rip them off but not all people will do that. First impressions are very important especially when running a business and the impression i got from this company will assure i never use their service or recommend them to anyone.

The drivers are always friendly & don't keep you waiting too long even though they always seem to be short-staffed. They make sure you arrive at your destination safely. The only reason I am not giving five stars is I wish they had much later hours.
