I have taken my vehicle to Green's Auto Repair on two different occasions. The first time was because my battery was not charging. I was told by two other mechanics that it needed a new battery and alternator. Which I found strange since neither one tested my alternator.. so I took it to Green's. They requested that I leave my car so they could look at it; two hours later was told only a battery was needed. I went back to them when my car had an electrical issue and had my car back the same day. I have found Green's Auto to be very reliable, honest and very reasonably priced. I will continue to use their services to fix my car.

They brake things on your vehicle then won't come good for it, they threatened to beat us up, still paying for the loan on my car that can't even drive and had to send to junk yard because it couldn't be fixed all because of what they did.i wouldn't recommend taking nothing to them to be fixed and I wouldn't recommend going and buying a car from them either.

Purchased a Dodge ram from them, They were friendly and respectful. Negotiated a price for it that we both agreed on. They fixed all issues with the truck. They even gave a free oil change wich I did not expect before I took it home. Definitely would purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you very much Greens Auto Sales. A +++++++++++

I don't even wanna give green cab a one star but I have to This place is a joke they tell you 15/20 minute wait for a cab, 45minutes to a hour later they came like really ? I had a time call ( means your first on the list ) for 1:00 they didn't show up till 1:30 like what ??! This place isn't friendly in anyway shape or form the cars are always nasty

Just had some work done by Green's Auto on my beloved 2004 Malibu Maxx and I'm very pleased with the service. They were able to get me in the day after I called, had the vehicle fixed on the same day and the price was exactly what was estimated; can't get much better than doing what the customer asked. What's more, they even followed me home with my Malibu so I didn't have to come back for it. I definitely will be using these guys again because they do good work.

Took my truck to be checked for an oil leak and after checking it out I was told my oil filter was loose and leaking. It was fixed and I was only charged $5.00. I would just like to say that I appreciate the work from an honest business that did not try to jack up the prices or make bogus repairs. As long as I am in Massena this is my go to place for repairs .

Very very disappointed. Took my vehicle here to have winter tires put on in January. When I picked up the vehicles they had scratched up my rims and the tire pressure sensors were off for two tires. I just assumed they didn't plug them in and let it slide. I found out after having my tires changed at another local garage that the sensors were completely missing. I bought the car nearly new at a dealership and it had all its parts when I brought it to Greens, then my sensors were missing after. They took them, yet still I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if they had them and could return them. Instead they said they weren't going to do anything about it and said it was important. Each sensor costs $112 to replace and I'm missing two, that makes it very important to me. I even have the receipt yet they won't do anything about it. Don't bother bringing your car to them, their services are so cheap because they steal parts from your car and hope you won't notice.

Took my car to Greens Auto Repair in January to have the tires changed,they scratched my rims and I just found out they stole my tire pressure sensors. Now they claim they aren't that important and the owner won't do anything about it. Highly don't recommend them, it's going to cost me $112 per sensor they took to replace them.

Many times I had something go wrong with My truck after they have closed for the day I called Bruce and told what was going on and he would tell me come down and he would take a look at and stay to fix my truck couldn't be any happier with them

Bruce Green goes out of his way to tarnish other businesses in the local area that is his competitors on social media. He has bad business ethics. Don't do business with this company.
