The service department along with the help of Cassandra Aldous and Candice Mossow were great. They helped me with a new transmission faster than I could've ever expected. Best experience I've had with automotive work in my life. They treated me great and worked very hard to get my vehicle back to me asap.

Everyone was very nice but I went there for a recall on my vehicle and when I got there they hadn’t ordered any parts to put in. They said they would call me within the week to let me know when the parts are in and never did. it’s been over 2 weeks now. I think I’ll just go to Malone for now.
