I haven’t ever had a poor experience here. Pharmacy is always busy but they’re attentive and helpful, both in person and on the phone. Laura at the cash register is nice and helpful too. I’m happy this is my pharmacy!

Something has to be done to prioritize prescriptions. My granddaughter had an ear infection and had to wait 4 hours to have her meds filled. Not acceptable. Such a shame. They didn’t even care that she was crying in pain. You’re just a number these days and doesn’t matter the severity of your situation. Shame on you Walgreens!!!

Scheduled an appointment online for a COVID/Flu test. Finally got the tests after waiting for 1/2 hour for the intake person to process the paperwork--it appears that she didn't know what she was doing. Recieved a call from the testing person that the test result was negative, however she just 'learned' that the testing kit expired on the previous day, and she didn't have any that were 'active that is not expired. How does a national pharmacy chain operate in this manner?

Horrible customer service. No cashiers, rude when I asked the photo service where I picked up my photos to help me pay because I had to get home for a meeting in 20 minutes. The blonde woman that did end up helping me in the front was also extremely rude and aggressive. Threw my receipt at me, and unless she owns this Walgreens someone should seriously consider sitting this woman down and explaining to her that she does not. Weirdest experience of all Walgreens experiences. Happy holidays to the just meanest staff I've encountered. I was polite and kind and the staff could at least give back what they're getting.

Clean store. Pharmacy is efficient. Usually short wait. Mostly well stocked to find what you want. I like the order on line and pick up at store service.

My kids have SAT Test at 7am on the second day, we try everywhere to find the calculator charging cable,the don’t have for sale, I ask to charge at photo places, they have that charge, but she refused, everyone have emergency situation, With her cold face, she said no. You can see the racism in her face,she is the manager of the store. I know you're white, She doesn't deserve to be a manager. Why are there so many bad reviews on this store? The reason is that leaders have poor management.

Employee at the front desk is extremely rude, harassing elderly and publicly embarrassing them for no reason. Called to file a complaint as this is not the only encounter and I sat on the line with no answer. If you need something from here I truly suggest you go up the road to CVS on Broadway. I’m disgusted.

Terrible service all around including the pharmacy. The pharmacy they are so disrespectful and accuse you of picking up an order a week ago when you were away!! What kind of people do you have working here?! They don't have anything in here that I am looking for and it's a disappointment. All the Walgreens are going downhill from here. Don't recommend going in here anymore!

This pharmacy is awful. Their app kicks back refills, requires you to call and speak to a pharmacist only to be on hold forever and no one EVER picks up. Go into the store and the staff and the manager cound not care less, excuse after excuse. Don't waste your time here..... plenty of better pharmacies out there.

Really nice Walgreens location. Their Staff was helpful. My only drawback here would be the prices. They always seems to be quite high compared to other providers. Maybe 10-20% higher.
