This is my regular post office and I love the location and amenities. I came in for a passport appointment and the lady behind the counter, Asma said I wasn’t on their list of appointments. She asked to see a confirmation email which I did and then proceeded to lecture me about how I did not confirm the email correctly and there is nothing she can do and that I am wrong for coming in when I don’t have an appointment. I did speak to a supervisor whose name I regret not getting because he was a gentleman (light skin might be Hispanic) and immediately said there might be an issue with bookings but if I have a confirmation I did book it. He got someone to help me out and I was in and out. But Asma needs to be spoken to about how mistakes can possibly happen but to address them as an adult speaking to another adult. I can’t imagine how she speaks to her kids

Decent Post Office. But all we do is mail things and purchase money orders. Peculiar how they sometimes don’t have change for a $20 bill. And have trouble finding locations in Puerto Rico. But there is plenty of free parking and it is à convenient location.

Just went to the Massapequa Post Office for our Passports. I can not believe how uninformed, unknowledgeable, complacent, careless, poor attitudes the employees possess. You could put all their brains together and still would not add up to a double digit IQ. They are seriously borderline mentally challenged. They are racist,especially Brett and the supervisor don’t know anything,very bad customer service

I Went twice to do my passport I didn't get any help, i traveled all the way from queens to get my passport done at this location. Even though I told them about my situation I didn't get any help, they push customers out, this very bad customer service this needs to be addressed.

Really nice employees, went to get a new passport and everything was very smooth. Much nicer than post office employees in the city.

Gotta be one of the worst post offices to ever deal with terrible staff. Post master is horrible John absolute disgrace. One of the rudest places I walked into in a long time. And absolute no help at all got a better chance of sitting on the phone with USPS.
