A great store to buy some model NYPD vehicles. I drove to this store several times, and I love the huge collection of model cars. I am currently making a diorama located in NY and needed a lot of NYPD vehicles, and this place had exactly what I wanted. Employees there can be fussy at times, but they’re super kind. They know how to run a store! Would come back again!

I just visited this place yesterday and had to pick up a few items for an upcoming promotion. Donna and Kate went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The customer service alone is my reasoning to always keep coming back.

So I go into this place to buy a blauer patrol jacket and was told they don’t sell that brand every police officer in ny wears blauer jackets so they recommend I go with united uniforms brand of a patrol jacket it was just as expensive as a blauer but the quality was just horrible the jacket fell apart after 3 months the seems came undone and the jacket is so thick compare to blauer which is bad b/c when in ur in a patrol car u can’t move around with it on stay away from this place. (GO TO BROTHERS POLICE STORE INSTEAD THEY ARE THE BEST AND HAVE NO BAD REVIEWS)

The cop shop is a great store for all your law enforcement needs..NYPD, NCPD or SCPD...the staff is extremely polite . Katie was so helpful..highly recommend

Ive been a customer for about 5 years now and I've been content everytime. However, a few months ago, I got myself a raid jacket along with some other items and mini shields. At home I took out the raid jacket out of the bag to try it on but it didn't fit well so I decided to return it. As I waited for my refund I just so happened to mention that I had tried it on and didn't like the fit. The moment she heard me say I wore it (for a couple of minutes mind you) she tossed it back onto the counter to me and gladly said oops you can't return it after wearing it... "BUT YOU NOW HAVE SOMETHING TO SLEEP IN". Something to sleep in? Excellent customer service. Another store worker whispered to me that I shouldn't have said I wore it...I tried it on home in front of a mirror!!!! At the end of the day I was only given a partial refund. Most of us come here because we live in LI. Do yourself a favor and hit up the buff shops in the city instead, before or after your tour.

Horrible Service. Walked in about 30 minutes ago and was helped by a shorter, thin lady with a hat on. Such a nasty, loud and rude person. I asked for a shield backing first, she was on her phone, talks to you like you are stupid, throws the shield backing on the counter so I decided to just say forget it and walked away. Then she comes back up to me and tries to be nice because she knows how she acted and can see I was irritated. Walked right out ! Was going to easily spend a couple hundred on shirts and cargos but because of her I left. Sad you get treated like this after you risk so much for this city. If they don’t support us, don’t support them. Go somewhere else !

I love ordering from here. They're quick to fill orders. I had an issue once when something was out of stock but we were able to get it worked out without any extra issues.
