I recently visited STS tire and auto center, and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional, Kris was extremely polite and informative. They took the time to thoroughly assess my vehicle and recommend the best tires for my needs without pressuring me into upsells.
The service was efficient, and I was impressed with how quickly they completed the job. They also provided clear explanations of the work performed and offered valuable maintenance tips to extend the life of my new tires.
The shop itself was clean and well-organized, which added to the positive experience. Overall, STS tire offers top-notch service, competitive pricing, and a customer-focused approach. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire and auto services.

Incompetence at its best, forgot to put brackets back on brake lines, left bolt off my caliper brackets on both sides, almost lost my brakes while driving, luckily I wasn’t killed!

They are always quick and efficient! No complaints. They don’t look for problems, do as you ask for a reasonable price and no long waits. I take my car to them versus the dealership.

Honest and fast! They helped me out fast when I was in a pinch. I had a screw in my tire and I was a half hour away from home, so I quickly pulled into the closest tire place. They were honest enough to pluck the screw out because they noticed it hardly penetrated the tire and I wasn’t losing any air. A dishonest place would have tried to sell me tires :) I will definitely return when I actually need tires in the future.

Do not come here for your own good. After driving for a few days I noticed something was wrong with my tires after having a tire rotation here. The workers failed to tighten two of my wheels which could have caused serious injury or fatality to my family. This is unacceptable being this is an auto shop that cannot even do something simple as tightening a wheel all the way. I also noticed scratches on my driver side door which they denied but was not there before.
