Working with Claudia was such a pleasurable experience! I came in on memorial day at 4pm (hate to be that person) to print stuff for a bridal shower. She helped me edit my template, gave honest advice and really directed me to get the results I needed. She has such a lovely personality and she made my daunting bridesmaid task easy!

These 5 stars go to Claudia. She helped me out when I was in a rush to print custom stickers. They didn’t have what I needed and she suggested an alternative that worked out great. I even shared my chip bag with her because she said she’s never tried it and well, that woman deserved a damn chip. Give this goddess of a woman a raise.

Do not buy the extended warranty..
My 60 lbs printer broke! They want me with a bad back,. The rest of my employees are woman to carry it to the nearest FedEx. As they want to try to repair
so now i have to wait. 2 Weeeks.. which I can’t in this business so now I have to buy another printer.
It is so bizarre and ridiculous with absolutely no consideration
go to PC Richards, if it breaks, they will give you a new one immediately, I will never make this mistake again

Danielle was wonderful with helping me print a whole bunch of things!! She is wonderful and super helpful! Great with my inpatient toddlers too! Gave them a paper and pen to draw!! Love her!!

I was just at the Staples on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa. Needed a printer. Found one on display that I wanted. Store was practically empty, no one on the floor to assist. Asked someone at the desk for help. He gave me a dirty look and said he woud get someone. He disappeared. Waited 15 minutes, no help. I left., What a waste of time. Don't know how they stay in business. Came home and bought the printer on Amazon.

I was in a rush and needed to print out a blueprint file, I called up and spoke with Clauia and she was extremely helpful. She told me how to upload it early to make the process quick once I came in, I provided the code once I walked in and she had it ready for me very quickly. It was clear she really cared as the same day print service wasn't even available online at this point. It was busy there but they handled the load well. I highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! This is a terrible store DO NOT go there for your printing needs. I was called and told my print order was ready and I also received an email saying my order was ready. I had already paid for my order and all that was left was to pick it up. When I got there at 9PM I was told the order is not ready and it’s on hold. I told the guy that i received a phone call saying it was ready for pickup, and when the guy went back to speak with his manager, he got treated horribly by the manager on call. What an awful human being! He yelled at his associate for letting me in the store at closing time. And then gestured and walk away from me saying we are closed. I will definitely be escalating this matter. He should not be managing and treating people and his employees this way. I felt horrible for that poor guy that worked there!!! This manager needs to be reported to his supervisors!
