Ritchie is amazing! Closed the deal on the phone! I was in and out in 10 minutes extraordinary service! The car was in showroom condition. I am ecstatic driving this home. Only dealer that offers full buyback warranty for 2 months no extra charge . After going to 5 dealers who padded the price from internet price to after you get there. Ritchie earned a lifetime customer! Awesome guy.

I purchased a LR4 here 7 months ago.
I was not good at buying a used car in America because I'm a foreigner, but he did his best to help me.
He did all the checks and replacement of supplies before I got the car.
There was a little problem with the car, but he solved it quickly and accurately.
If you don't know the car well, you can trust him and buy it.
I strongly recommend this place.

I've been searching for 2 years for a 2019-2020 Jaguar F-Type in British Racing Green with Sierra Tan leather interior. I check Autotrader nearly daily. On June 10th, I spotted my potential dream ride at SouthShore.
I called up and spoke to Richie. I live in Georgia, so looking the car over in person was not an option. Over the next few days I spoke to Richie a few times. He had an associate do a video walk around of the car with me, and answered my questions promptly.
By June 17th, Richie had a check in hand, and arrangements were made to ship the car to me. I was understandably nervous buying a car sight unseen, but Richie allayed all my concerns. At the last moment, a code scan revealed a problem with the car. Wanting to be honorable, Richie disclosed the issue, and arranged to have the car repaired before shipping it to me.
After it was taken care of, the car was shipped out and arrived a couple of days later. I had wanted this for my 50th birthday. Unfortunately, due to the last minute issue, I wound up getting it a few days past my birthday, but I'd rather have the problem taken care of.
I then ran into some issues with the Georgia DMV trying to register the car since it was from out of state, but Richie promptly assisted with that as well. The car has been in my hands a couple of weeks, and I love it! Thanks for your assistance in making everything possible, Richie!

Just picked up a new to me car from South Shore and I cannot say enough how impressed I am with the service from Richie and his team. The car took a little longer than expected to be ready, but I didn’t mind because it was having an issue repaired; which I would not have noticed unless I was told was present. Goes to show Richie’s honesty and the way he does business. Fair pricing, great communication and I’m very happy with my truck. 5 star experience altogether. If you’re in the market for a car I would definitely consider South Shore. Hopefully can do business again in the future

I purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer a month ago for my daughter from Richie. I wanted my mechanic to look it over before I purchased it. Richie had no problems meeting me with the car at my mechanic’s shop. He didn’t even require a deposit from me. The car is very well looked over before he sells them and his prices are very fair and straight forward. You can tell he cares about his customers and I will be a returning one when I’m in the market for another used car.

Such a great experience dealing with Richie, he is such a great person to deal with. He is honest and talks straight to the point. If you are buying a car, you want the salesman to disclose all necessary details about the vehicle with honesty and Richie was always prompt in providing all required information. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had! We found Richie and his shop through CarGurus. I chose his facility because they had a vehicle my wife and I liked, but mostly because of his google reviews. They were spot on. Richie is a great guy, was honest, and made us feel at ease the entire way through. Got us the vehicle we are totally in love with. And was happy to support a good business and person. Richie set the bar so high during this experience, I am not sure how we would ever purchase another car without going to him first.
