1000 N Broadway, MassapequaAngel did an AMAZING job on my 9 year old wooly Siberian Husky. He looks gorgeous! His coat is soft, glossy and clean, he is perfectly trimmed and he came back with an adorable giant bow. Most importantly, he is HAPPY. He was rescued from an abusive home and is usually very shy and cautious around people he does not know. However, within minutes of meeting Angel, he was kissing her and he was clearly very comfortable with her because he pranced out of the mobile grooming van with his tail wagging. On a personal note, Angel is a pleasure to work with - she was very responsive regarding scheduling and the timing of her arrival, and stayed in touch with me during the grooming so that I knew my dog was doing well. The Ruff Life is a wonderful company and I am so glad I found Angel. She is patient, kind and gentle and I can’t imagine entrusting my dogs to anyone else!

561 Broadway, MassapequaI took my cats here for nail trims and I was blown away by the kindness and quality of care we received. The salon is beautiful and peaceful. I was even greeted by a parrot who said hello upon my arrival and the sweetest dog who was lounging on the crushed velvet sofa. My cat Benson likes to be held so I just held him as the owner Carol trimmed him right up. My other cat Fin doesn’t like being held so Carols daughter Danielle (yes this is a mother/daughter duo) gently placed him on table and gave him a trim. She was so kind and Fin felt very comfortable with her. I didn’t need an appointment since I was just getting nail trims and there was no wait. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. You can tell that everyone working here loves animals and they have created a safe space for them to be groomed. Thank you very much to Carol and Danielle! We will be back for sure and recommending them highly!

We were getting stressed walking our two dogs due to reactivity and pulling, and would get nervous whenever new people came to the house due to jumping and barking. Mike has been so helpful training our dogs in our home every week and teaching us how to teach them. We now enjoy our walks with the dogs again and have seen a amazing strides with staying in place when people come to the house. I can not recommend Mike and his team enough!
